TWO SUSPECTS ARRESTED FOR TRESPASS TO DWELLING, GRAVE THREAT, AND MALICIOUS MISCHIEF IN NORZAGARAY
Camp General Alejo S Santos, City of Malolos, Bulacan — Operatives of the Norzagaray Municipal Police Station (MPS) promptly responded and arrested two (2) suspects involved in an incident of Trespass to Dwelling, Grave Threat, and Malicious Mischief at Sitio Roga, Brgy. Minuyan, Norzagaray, Bulacan on May 3, 2026, at around 4:00 PM.
According to the report of PMAJ DEMOSTHENES G DESIDERIO JR., Officer-In-Charge of Norzagaray MPS, the victim was identified as alias “Eco,” 22 years old and a resident of the area. The arrested suspects were identified as alias “Bri,” 31 years old, a resident of Brgy. Bigte, and alias “Bert,” a resident of Brgy. Minuyan, Norzagaray, Bulacan. Meanwhile, another suspect identified as alias “JC” remains at large.
Investigation revealed that the suspects followed the victim to his residence after a sideswiping incident. The situation escalated into a confrontation and physical altercation, which was later pacified. However, before leaving, the suspects allegedly threatened the victim. Moments later, they returned with another armed individual. The victim was forced to hide while the suspects damaged his vehicle and parts of his house. One of the suspects was also reportedly seen pointing a firearm at another witness.
Concerned residents immediately sought assistance from authorities, which led to the arrest of the two suspects. They were subsequently brought to the Norzagaray Municipal Police Station for proper disposition.
Criminal complaint for Trespass to Dwelling, Grave Threat, and Malicious Mischief were filed against the suspects before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor in Malolos City, Bulacan, under NPS Docket No. III-04-INQ-26E-01712 to 01715.
Police authorities continue the manhunt for the at-large suspect alias “JC.” Verification disclosed that the suspect owns a registered ARMSCOR caliber .45 firearm but does not possess a valid License to Own and Possess Fi****ms (LTOPF).
“We will not tolerate any form of violence and intimidation in our communities. Our intensified operations will continue to ensure that all law violators are held accountable. The Bulacan police remains committed to safeguarding the peace and security of every citizen,” said PCOL JAY B BAYBAYAN, Officer-In-Charge of Bulacan Police Provincial Office.
