🎓 PRESIDENTIAL SCHOLARS FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE | BARANGAY BANAO
The Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) of Banao successfully facilitated the distribution of Presidential Scholars Financial Assistance to five (5) qualified student-beneficiaries from Barangay Banao, Oas, Albay, under the Bagong Pilipinas Barangay Scholars Program.
This initiative is a component of the “Bawat Barangay Makikinabang Program: Presidential Assistance to Barangay”, implemented through the Socio-Civic Projects Fund (SCPF), with funding support from the Office of the President.
A total of ₱100,000.00 in financial assistance was provided, with each of the five (5) scholars receiving ₱20,000.00 in cash to help support their educational expenses and school-related needs.
This meaningful assistance serves as an investment in the future of our youth—helping ease the financial burden on student-beneficiaries and encouraging them to persevere in their studies, pursue their dreams, and strive for a brighter future.
The BLGU Banao extends its sincere gratitude to the Office of the President for this valuable support and for bringing meaningful assistance closer to the people of Barangay Banao.
