The TUPAD validation and orientation for 563 beneficiaries from the 4th and 5th batches were successfully facilitated and conducted through the collaborative efforts of PESO Odiongan team and DOLE Romblon TUPAD coordinator.

𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

Isang makabuluhang araw ang ating nasaksihan sa matagumpay na pagtatapos ng orientation ng SPES (𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬) beneficiaries ng unang batch ng SPES, kasabay ng kanilang pormal na pag-endorso sa kani-kanilang mga office assignments.

Ang SPES ay isang programa na naglalayong bigyan ng pagkakataon ang mga kabataang mag-aaral lalo na ang mga Junior, Senior High School at College students edad 15-30 na karapat-dapat (deserving)—na magkaroon ng pansamantalang trabaho, matulungan ang kanilang pag-aaral, at higit sa lahat ay mahasa ang kanilang kakayahan, disiplina, at responsibilidad sa tunay na mundo ng paggawa. Silay magtratrabaho sa loob ng dalawampung araw (20).

Sa orientation na ito, nabigyan ang mga benepisyaryo ng sapat na kaalaman tungkol sa kanilang mga tungkulin, karapatan, at mga inaasahan sa kanilang magiging assignment. Ito ay nagsilbing paghahanda upang sila ay maging handa, responsable, at produktibong bahagi ng bawat opisina na kanilang paglilingkuran.

Ngayon, habang sila ay opisyal nang naipamahagi sa kani-kanilang tanggapan, nagsisimula na ang panibagong yugto ng kanilang paglalakbay—isang hakbang patungo sa paghubog ng kanilang kinabukasan. Dalangin namin ang kanilang tagumpay sa bawat gawain, ang patuloy na pagkatuto, at ang paglinang ng kanilang mga kakayahan.

Nawa’y magsilbing inspirasyon ang programang ito sa iba pang kabataan na magsikap, mangarap, at abutin ang kanilang mga mithiin sa buhay.
