Pandi, Bulacan— In line with the Whole-of-Nation Approach under Executive Order No. 70 (NTF-ELCAC), personnel of Bulacan 2nd PMFC (lead unit) successfully executed an intelligence-driven operation on August 30, 2026. The targeted operation yielded significant gains for regional peace initiatives, facilitated the Mass Withdrawal Support of the 21 former members (All Non-PSR Listed) of Kalipunan ng Damayang Mahihirap (KADAMAY).
