Please be reminded that whenever classes are suspended at Gordon College, ALL student-related and organization-related activities are AUTOMATICALLY SUSPENDED as well.

Key Guidelines to Remember:

No Conduct of Activities: All curricular, co-curricular, extracurricular, and non-curricular events—whether onsite, off-campus, online, virtual, or hybrid—are suspended.

Campus Access: Students are strictly restricted from entering the campus premises during declared suspensions.

No Off-Campus Events: All local off-campus, sanctioned activities (rehearsals, practices, meetings, trainings) are suspended. No activity is exempt from this rule.

Please be advised that student ID processing scheduled for tomorrow, August 27, 2026 (Thursday), is cancelled due to the upcoming On-site Monitoring and Evaluation Visit of CHEDRO III.

Rebooking Requirement: All affected students are required to book a new appointment slot by submitting a new application on the official ID booking page.

Next Steps: Please monitor the portal for available time slots and secure a new schedule at your earliest convenience.

Gordon College proudly celebrates a remarkable achievement as 100% of its undergraduate and graduate programs have successfully obtained their Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC), in compliance with the directive of the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office III (CHEDRO III) mandating the conversion of Government Authority (GA) to Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC).

This milestone demonstrates the College’s continued commitment to providing quality education and maintaining excellence in its academic programs.

ANOTHER MILESTONE FOR GORDON COLLEGE!

Gordon College proudly celebrates the successful attainment of Certificates of Program Compliance (COPC) for its Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Public Administration (MPA) programs.

With this achievement, Gordon College becomes the first and only Local College in the Philippines to receive COPCs for these graduate programs.

This achievement further strengthens the College’s graduate education offerings and reflects its continuing efforts to provide programs that meet the quality standards of the Commission on Higher Education – Office of Programs and Standards Development (CHED-OPSD) and the Commission-En-Banc.

The College extends its sincere appreciation to the officials of CHED who provided valuable guidance throughout this process, particularly Dr. Lora L. 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄: If you cannot make it to your appointment schedule, due to personal reasons, class suspension, administrative rescheduling or holiday, you need to CREATE A NEW APPOINTMENT.

𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦:

• For those who will be applying for ID replacement, you need to pay the ID replacement fee of 200.00php. You must bring the receipt of your payment on the day of your appointment.

• For lost ID cards, affidavit of loss is required. For ID replacement due to update/alteration of information requires your old GC ID card.

• For change of address, name or program, this must be approved by the College of Registrar.

• To all students that wanted to update their photo, wear your school uniform. For working students with uniform exemption pass, kindly wear polo, polo-shirt or any collared top.

• Do not wear a head covering that obscures the hair or hairline, unless worn daily for a religious purpose.

• Headphones, wireless hands-free devices, or similar items are not allowed.

• Eyeglasses are not allowed, except in rare circumstances when eyeglasses cannot be removed for medical reasons, e.g., recent ocular surgery and the eyeglasses are necessary to protect the applicant's eyes.

o The frames of the eyeglasses must not cover the eyes.
o There must not be glare on eyeglasses that obscures the eyes.

• If you normally wear a hearing device or similar articles, they may be worn in your photo.

Today, August 11, 2026, the Executive Council Members, under the leadership of the College President, Dr. Imelda D. P. Soriano, gathered to deliberate on important matters, policies, guidelines, and updates concerning Gordon College and its students.

The meeting covered the following agenda:

1. Institutionalization of the Administrative Employees Recognition Program (PRAISE) and Authorization for the Formation of the Administrative Employees Association

2. Policy and Guidelines on the Grant of Allowances for Student-Athletes, Artists, and Campus Journalists

3. Policy on the Inclusion of Mandatory Drug Screening as a Required Laboratory Examination for Admission and the Annual Physical Examination of Students

4. Transitioning from CHED Memorandum Order (CMO) No. 09, Series of 2013, to CMO No. 18, Series of 2026, on the Inclusive and Comprehensive Policies and Guidelines on Student Affairs and Services
