TODAY September 1, 2022, MENRO Opol was invited to a SB Committee hearing on Environmental Protection, Technology and Urban Planning to discuss the urgent request to pass an ordinance requiring operators of business, industrial, commercial or agricultural establishment in the Municipality of Opol to secure Municipal Environmental Clearance(MENRO Clearance) and impose penalty for violation.

Other department heads(BPLO, MEEDO, and Slaughterhouse) were called also for there proposed ordinances.🌍🌍🌳🌳🌏🌏

MENRO Opol Team( SWM Enumerators) visited coastal barangays and have their courtesy call to the brgy officials and BSWMC members.

These SWM enumerators will be visiting the respective brgys. to conduct intensive information and education campaign(IEC) on solid waste management(swm) and other environmental programs and projects under the administration of Municipal Mayor Jayfrancis D. Bago.

Joining also is personel from CENRO Initao Mr. Bobby Diaz also give his knowledge and information on other environmental related programs and projects from national to LGUs. 🎉🎉🌏🌏🌳🌳
