Poblacion Barangay Inventory Team (BIT) actively participated in the orientation and levelling off of Inventory and Turn-over of Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) properties, financial records, documents (BSKFRDA) and money accountabilities by all incumbent Barangay and SK officials held on May 12, 2026 at Hotel monicon El salvador City.

This orientation was attended by Punong Barangay Lann Emmanoelle C. Jaraula together with Sangguniang Barangay Member Adriano A. Barangot Jr., and Kagawad Daryl Jade E. Vacalares, along with Barangay Secretary Michelle M. Calurasan, barangay treasurer Minda Luz M. Cagatan, and Barangay Record Keeper Emma Tumanda.

‼️‼️ANNOUNCEMENT: LEARN TO SWIM PROGRAM BATCH 2‼️‼️

Following the successful completion of our Learn-to-Swim Program, kami malipayon nga nagpahibalo nga open na atong registration sa atong 2nd batch.

Mainiton namong dawaton ang tanang interesado nga moapil niini nga programa samtang padayon namo gina promote ang water safety, skill development, og confidence in swimming.

Gina-invite namo ang mga bata edad 8-13 years old sa Opol nga gusto makatuon og saktong pamaagi sa paglanggoy! Ang Learn to Swim Program usa ka inisyatibo sa Barangay Poblacion Council nga mo lungtad sulod sa unom(6) ka adlaw! Usa kini ka maayo nga opurtunidad aron makatuon sa paglangoy ang atong mga kabataan alang usab sa ilang safety panahon nga maligo sa dagat o sa pool.

Kini adunay registration nga ₱600 naka lakip na niini ang mosunod:

•Goggles
•Entrance fee sa pool
•Pag gamit sa kickboards
•Transportation

Magdala lang sa kaugalingong:

✅Sunblock/Sunscreen
✅og tubig nga ma inom og snacks
✅Magsul-ob og proper nga swimming attire

Magpa rehistro lang sa :

Poblacion Barangay Hall
Mon to Fri, 8AM-4:30PM
•Palihug magdala og proof of true birthdate (birth certificate o bisan unsang valid ID nga naay birthdate).
•Certificate of Residency sa maong Barangay

Ang maong Sports Clinic gi pasiugdahan sa Poblacion Barangay Council in Partnership of Let's Swim CDO thru Learn to Swim Program. Kini nga programa adunay tinguha nga matudloan ang mga kabataan sa husto ug luwas nga paagi sa pag langoy.

Earlier this morning, a Coastal Cleanup Drive was conducted by the Poblacion Barangay Council, headed by Kapitan Mokong Jaraula, together with the Poblacion Sangguniang Kabataan Council, led by SK Chairman Jeric John P. Cagalawan, in partnership with the Adapt-an Estero/Water Body Program.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated and supported this activity/program in our barangay.

Poblacion Opol’s dedicated and proactive leader, Hon. Lann Emmanoelle Jaraula, proudly sponsors 20 children for a Summer Swimming Program in partnership with Let’s Swim CDO.

More than just a seasonal activity, this initiative is a powerful reminder of what active leadership truly means, showing up, stepping in, and creating opportunities, especially in times when it matters most. Leaders like him don’t wait for change; they make it happen.

By equipping these young individuals with swimming skills, we are not only opening doors to confidence and discipline but also teaching a life-saving ability that will serve them for years to come. Gina-invite namo ang mga bata edad 6-10 years old sa poblacion nga gusto makatuon og saktong pamaagi sa paglanggoy! Ang Learn to Swim Program usa ka inisyatibo sa Barangay Poblacion Council nga mo lungtad sulod sa 2 ka semana! Usa kini ka maayu nga opurtunidad aron makat-on sa paglangoy ang atong mga kabataan alang usab sa ilang safety panahon nga maligo sa dagat o sa pool.
