ETSO-OC UPDATE
The BTLEAD Program Phase 1 successfully conducted a Food Preservation and Processing Skills Training at Brgy. Palihan, Orani, Bataan on April 28, 2026.
Participants learned practical techniques in making longganisa and smoked fish through interactive discussions and hands-on training led by Prof. Kristel Anne O. Cruz and Prof. Elma B. Muรฑoz-Gonzales. These skills open doors to additional income and sustainable livelihood opportunities for the community.
This initiative highlights the unwavering commitment of the BPSU Extension and Training Services Office to transforming lives through inclusive education, innovation, and strong community partnerships.
Present during the activity were Prof. Marlon Turtur, Prof. Mydee Quiรฑones, Prof. Lilibeth Santos, Prof. Elizabeth Medairos, Prof. Joycelin Ramos, Prof. Lawrence Medina, and Ms. Niezl Grace S. Bernaldo.
