DTI-Eastern Samar Provincial Office needs one (1) Negosyo Center Business Counselor (NCBC) โ Job Order (with a daily rate of P847.41) to be assigned in the Municipality of Maslog, Eastern Samar.
Qualifications:
1. Must be a resident of the Municipality of Maslog, Eastern Samar;
2. A graduate of four (4)-year course preferably Business-related course;
3. With good written and oral communication skills;
4. Has a good command of English Language;
5. Computer literate, familiar on MS Office applications and the internet;
6. Good interpersonal skills, especially in handling peopleโs organizations with various cultural backgrounds, and other government and private agencies;
7. Preferably familiar with planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs; and
8. Flexible and a team player.
Major Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Provide/facilitate the various services being offered by the center to include, but are not limited to the following: Business Registration; Business Advisory; and, Business Information and Advocacy;
2. Review, analyze/process, and package relevant business data needed by the clients, particularly the MSMEs;
3. Implement projects and conduct activities of the center that will impact in the growth of the clients, particularly the MSMEs;
4. Assist in the development of linkages with the services providers, industry associations, private companies and government agencies;
5. Attend trainings, seminars, and other capability-building activities that will improve the delivery of services to the clients, particularly the MSMEs subject to the policy stated under Section 7.2.2 of DO 17-52, Series of 2017 ;
6. Monitor and recommend business process improvements for MSMEs as well as the performance of the center/s;
7. Prepare and submit monthly reports/accomplishments of the Negosyo center; and
8. Perform other functions that may be assigned.
