PAGDANGANAN, DSC, Provincial Fire Marshal of Bataan, personnel of this station, headed by FINSP SALVADOR R. BERNABE III, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, participated in the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony, followed by a Rank Inspection and Station Monthly Meeting.

The Flag Raising Ceremony served as an opportunity to honor the national flag, reaffirm our oath of public service, and uphold the core values of integrity, professionalism, and dedication to duty.

Following the ceremony, a Rank Inspection was conducted to ensure that all personnel properly wore their prescribed uniforms, insignias, and rank markings in accordance with established Bureau regulations, while reinforcing discipline, accountability, and adherence to organizational standards.

The Station Monthly Meeting was likewise conducted to discuss important station matters, operational concerns, upcoming activities, directives, and other concerns relevant to the effective delivery of fire protection and emergency services.

As part of the activity, a Skills Enhancement on Administrative Matters was also conducted to further enhance the knowledge and capabilities of station personnel in handling administrative duties, procedures, and responsibilities.

These activities reflect the Bureau of Fire Protectionโ€™s commitment to maintaining a highly disciplined, competent, and service-oriented workforce dedicated to protecting lives, properties, and the environment.
