Today’s Capacity Building on Gun Safety Handling served as a vital reminder that discipline, awareness, and proper firearm handling are essential in every uniformed personnel’s duty. Through this activity, personnel enhanced their knowledge and practical skills on the safe handling, proper storage, and responsible use of fi****ms to prevent accidents and uphold professionalism at all times.

Ormoc City Jail - Female Dormitory under the supervision of JSSUPT RILL F SONON, DSC, JD Regional Director BJMP RO-VIII and leadership of JINSP JUVIE T DAULONG, Acting City Jail Warden, successfully conducted a Joint Greyhound Operation through the collaborative efforts of Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) - Ormoc City Fire Station, and the Barangay Officials of Barangay Alta Vista. 🤝

Before the operation commenced, a Talk to Troops was delivered by the Jail Warden during the formation, reminding all personnel of their duties, the importance of professionalism, and strict compliance with established protocols.

The operation was carried out with precision, ensuring that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) were properly observed. Each area was thoroughly inspected while upholding respect for the rights and dignity of all Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL).

At the conclusion of the activity, it was confirmed that no contraband items were discovered, reflecting the effective management and consistent monitoring within the facility.
