๐๐๐๐๐: The ๐๐จ๐๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐๐ ๐๐ฎ๐-๐๐ง๐ข๐ญ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ง ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฌ conducted ๐๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ ๐๐ข๐๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ (๐๐๐) ๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ to the second batch of the ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐จ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ฐ๐๐ฒ๐ฌ (๐๐๐๐) ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง๐ง๐๐ฅ at the Multi-Purpose Hall, DPWH REGIONAL OFFICE VIII, Palo, Leyte.
The three-day BLS training aimed to equip participants with both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for a timely and effective response to emergencies requiring Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and live demonstrations of the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
The activity was conducted through the collaborative effort of the ๐๐จ๐๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐๐ญ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ง ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฌ and ๐๐จ๐๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐๐ ๐๐ฎ๐-๐๐ง๐ข๐ญ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ง ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฌ.
This initiative underscores the Coast Guard Nursing Service's commitment to promoting community preparedness and strengthening civilian responders to safeguard lives, in line with the mission of the Philippine Coast Guard.
