We extend our warmest congratulations to Ms. Jane Rhea V. Dinoy and her coaches, Mrs. Joie Christine Marie M. Sarsonas and Ms. Emmylou C. Redoble, for their outstanding representation of Ormoc City Senior High School at the National Finals of the 25th Philippine National Chemistry Olympiad (PNCO), held at the University of the Philippines Manila on March 21, 2026.

Ms. Dinoy’s unwavering commitment, perseverance, and passion for chemistry have rightfully earned her a place among the nation’s most promising young scientists. Despite the highly competitive nature of the event, her efforts in representing both our institution and Region VIII are truly commendable. We take immense pride in her remarkable achievement and inspiring journey.

We likewise express our sincere gratitude to the individuals whose invaluable support made this accomplishment possible. Our deepest appreciation goes to our esteemed School Principal, Ma’am Sherryl P.
