We extend our warmest congratulations to Ms. Jane Rhea V. Dinoy and her coaches, Mrs. Joie Christine Marie M. Sarsonas and Ms. Emmylou C. Redoble, for their outstanding representation of Ormoc City Senior High School at the National Finals of the 25th Philippine National Chemistry Olympiad (PNCO), held at the University of the Philippines Manila on March 21, 2026.
Ms. Dinoyโs unwavering commitment, perseverance, and passion for chemistry have rightfully earned her a place among the nationโs most promising young scientists. Despite the highly competitive nature of the event, her efforts in representing both our institution and Region VIII are truly commendable. We take immense pride in her remarkable achievement and inspiring journey.
We likewise express our sincere gratitude to the individuals whose invaluable support made this accomplishment possible. Our deepest appreciation goes to our esteemed School Principal, Maโam Sherryl P. Catado, as well as to the dedicated teaching and non-teaching staff of Ormoc City Senior High School, whose guidance and encouragement continue to foster excellence among our learners.
We also extend our heartfelt thanks to the family of Ms. Dinoy for their unwavering support and encouragement. Your steadfast belief in her has been a constant source of strength and motivation.
Furthermore, we express our sincere appreciation to Visayas State University โ Department of Pure and Applied Chemistry for granting access to their laboratory facilities, which greatly contributed to the studentsโ preparation. Special recognition is also given to Mr. Jotham Alegre for his dedicated mentorship and guidance in developing essential laboratory skills.
Above all, we offer our deepest gratitude to the Almighty Father for His boundless wisdom, grace, and guidance throughout this journey.
