Gianunsyo sa Lokal nga Kagamhanan sa Ormoc nga sugdan na pagpanghatag ang subsidiya sa kuryente, karong Septiyembre 2 ug 3, 2024 sa Ormoc City Superdome.
Kung ang mo-claim sa subsidiya mao mismo ang account holder:
1. Magdala og valid ug existing nga government-issued ID nga dunay pangan, pirma, ug picture sa account holder sama sa SSS/PRC/Driver’s License/Postal ID o LEYECO-issued ID. Ipa xerpz ug 3 copies pirmahan kada kopya.
2. Ang pangan nga makita sa ID kinahanglan pareha sa pangan nga narehistro sa LEYECO records.
3. Kung ang account holder walay government-issued ID, kinahanglan ipakita ang LEYECO-issued ID o Barangay Certification nga nagpamatuod sa iyang identity alang sa pagkuha sa subsidiya.
4. Pagdala sa Latest O.R sa Gibayran sa Leyeco V niadtong December 2023
Kung ang mo-claim dili ang account holder:
1. Magdala og valid government-issued ID nga dunay pangan, pirma, ug picture sa claimant sama sa SSS/PRC/Driver’s License/Postal ID o LEYECO-issued ID Ug Athorizatiom letter.
2. Kung ang mo-claim walay government-issued ID, kinahanglan ipakita ang LEYECO-issued ID o Barangay Certification nga nagpamatuod sa iyang identity.
3. Kung ang account holder patay na, pag dala ug Death Certificate ug Barangay Certification nga ikaw nay holder sa Account.
Ang mga pangan sa kwalipikadong account naa gipaskil sa Cabulihan Barangay Hall.

Note: Gi awhag usa ang mga konsumidor nga muadto sa barangay usa pa ang distribution date kung naa ba ang inyong ngalan sa lista sa kwalipikado nga makadawat ug subsidiya — makita sab sa lista pila inyong madawat nga subsidy.
👉 Ang dili ma-claim nga subsidy, automatic nga i-deduct siya sa bill sa musunod nga buwan.
Kung kwalipikado ka nga makadawat ug subsidy. Dalha ni nga mga requirements ini'g distribution:
𝐈𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐈𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐈𝐒 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐓 𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐃𝐄𝐑:
Valid and existing government issued ID bearing the name, signature and image of the account holder i.e. SSS/PRC/Driver’s License/Postal ID or LEYECO-issued ID. The name appearing on the ID must be the same as the registered as an account name with LEYECO records;
If the account holder has no government issued ID, a LEYECO-issued ID, a Barangay Certification where he/she is a resident attesting to his/her identity, must be presented for the purpose of claiming the electric subsidy.
𝐈𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐈𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐈𝐒 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐓 𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐃𝐄𝐑:
a. Valid and existing government issued ID bearing the name, signature and image of the claimant i.e. SSS/PRC/Driver’s License/Postal ID or LEYECO-issued ID. The name appearing on the ID must be the same as that stated in the document in the immediately preceding paragraph.
If the claimant has no government issued ID, a LEYECO-issued ID or a Barangay Certification where he/she is a resident attesting to his/her identity, must be presented for the purpose of claiming the electric subsidy; and
b. Special Power of Attorney/Partition Settlement/Adjudication/Waiver or Assignment or any instrument showing his/her interest(s) on the amount.

Ang City Civil Registrar's Office nagpahibalo nga karong May 18, 2024, adlawng Sabado, sila magpahigayon ug Birth Registration Assistance dinhi sa atong Barangay ug magsugod kini sa alas otso sa buntag (8:00 AM) dinhi sa atong Covered Court.

Magpahibalo kami usab nga ang kining mga anaa sa lista nga gihatag palihog ug tambong ug andama ang mga papeles/dokumento nga kinahanglanon para ma-process ang inyong mga Live Birth Certificate ug LIBRE kini.
