​The three-day training concluded with intensive sessions on budget ex*****on, accountability, and fiscal management. A big thank you to Mr. Alan A. Guerra, CPA for bringing clarity to fiscal management, and to Mr. Ryan C. Ilaida for moderating today's session. Participants put their knowledge to the test through rigorous cluster output evaluations, before Hon. Jhana Lyka Calixtro formally closed the program with strategic directions for local youth governance.

​Equipped with clear plans and transparent practices, these youth leaders are ready to drive real impact.

We came. We planned. Now, we execute!

The Day 2 sessions successfully continued with a discussion on Common Errors in the Preparation of the Sangguniang Kabataan Annual Budget & Presentation of Budget Forms by Administrative Assistant III Ms. Decci M. Patombon. The talk was immediately followed by workshops, output submission, and checking, putting the concepts into practice through hands-on planning.

As our youth leaders refine their plans, they continue to prove that proper preparation paves the way for transparent, accountable, and impactful local governance.

The Day 1 sessions successfully kicked off with discussions on Youth Participation in Governance by City Local Government Operations Officer Atty. Rafunzel S. Bero and the Youth Development Plan and Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program by City Youth Development Officer Ms. Anamarie L. Quisagan-Sanchez. The talks were immediately followed by a workshop and output checking, putting the concepts into practice through hands-on planning.

By building a strong foundation on day one, our youth leaders are stepping up to transform their shared visions into actionable and sustainable programs for their communities.
