How Beautiful Are the Feet That Bring Good News | Ptr. Margarito Atienza
Romans 10:15 "How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!"
The most important part of God’s Word is its application. Knowing Scripture is not enough, living and sharing it is what keeps our faith alive. When a believer stops spreading the Gospel, spiritual decline follows. But God promises never to leave nor forsake those who faithfully proclaim His Word (Matthew 10:10).
Evangelism isn’t limited to full-time workers. As long as we live out and share His Word, we are fulfilling our calling. Paul reminds us in Galatians 4:4 that even Jesus submitted Himself to the law of God. John 3:16 should always feel fresh in our hearts, reminding us of the life we’ve received and the love we must walk in daily.
Cold moments in our Christian life are normal, but the key is returning to the basics, remembering our salvation. Matthew 28:19–20 reminds us of the Great Commission. We must never turn our backs on Jesus but continue being vessels of His message. As the song goes, “Kung ligtas ka, ipahayag mo!”
Jesus obeyed the Father to the point of death. Evangelism doesn’t just impact others; it transforms our own lives. Philippians 2:29 points out how God gives special honor to those who proclaim His Word. Truly, sharing the Gospel is worth more than gold.
Hebrews 13:7 encourages us to guard our testimony and be living examples of His truth. Let us not grow weary in serving the Lord or exchange Him for worldly things. Psalm 96:3 reminds us that salvation is God’s greatest work, a glorious display of His love.
When we accepted Christ, we became one with Him. Let us not waste that gift (Acts 26:18). Malachi 1:11 reveals that the best we can offer to God is a soul saved through our testimony. And as Luke 24:47 declares, the powerful name of Jesus must be preached to all nations.
Evangelism is not just a temporary task, it’s our lifestyle, our mission, and our legacy. Whether through words or actions, we are called to share the message of salvation. In doing so, we don’t just bring others to Christ, we become more like Him. Keep sharing. Keep living the Good News. Let your feet be beautiful in His sight.
