WANTED PERSON ARRESTED FOR ILLEGAL GAMBLING IN PAGADIAN CITY

PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur—A 43-year-old farmer and resident of Pagadian City was arrested in a manhunt operation conducted at exactly 11:49 AM of August 29, 2026, in Barangay Gatas, Pagadian City.

The operation was conducted by personnel of Pagadian City Police Station, together with the 1st Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Mobile Force Company, resulting in the arrest of the accused by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by the Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Branch 2, Ninth Judicial Region, Pagadian City, dated May 27, 2005, for violation of Presidential Decree No. 1602 (Illegal Gambling), with a recommended bail of Php 10,000.00.

The accused is now under the custody of Pagadian CPS for proper disposition.

‎Drug Suspect Arrested, Suspected Shabu Seized in Pagadian City

‎Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur – A 36-year-old male Street-Level Individual (SLI) was arrested during a joint drug buy-bust operation conducted by personnel from Pagadian City Police Station, PDEA RSET9, and ZDSMARPSTA at exactly 8:16 AM on August 29, 2026, at Barangay San Pedro, Pagadian City.

‎The operation resulted in the arrest of the suspect and the seizure of five (5) heat-sealed sachets containing suspected shabu, along with marked money and other evidence.
‎
‎The confiscated drug evidence will be submitted to Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Forensic Unit, Camp Major Reginaldo C. Abelon, Pagadian City, for forensic examination.
‎
‎The suspect is now under the custody of Pagadian City Police Station for appropriate legal action.
