July 23, 2026 - The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology Regional Office IX, under the leadership of ๐‰๐‚๐’๐”๐๐“ ๐€๐Œ๐€๐ƒ๐Ž ๐€ ๐‚๐Ž๐๐‚๐„๐๐‚๐ˆ๐Ž๐ ๐‰๐‘, ๐‚๐„๐’๐„, Regional Director of the Jail Bureau, proudly participated in the Mobile Blood Donation Program spearheaded by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Region IX in collaboration with Margosatubig Regional Hospital (MRH) in partnership with City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) of the Local Government of Pagadian City and the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Regional Office IX.

BJMP Region IX personnel voluntarily donated blood and rendered service in support of this life-saving initiative, reaffirming the Bureauโ€™s commitment to humanitarian service, volunteerism, and community welfare.

Facilitated by the Regional Welfare and Development Division (RWDD), the activity aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of jail personnel in basic counseling while reinforcing the effective implementation of the Therapeutic Community Modality Program, supporting the holistic rehabilitation and reformation of Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs).
