QUEZON CITY — The National Dairy Authority (NDA) welcomed President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s renewed commitment to strengthening the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP), following his declaration during the 2026 State of the Nation Address (SONA) that improving the nutrition of Filipino learners remains a priority of his administration.

The President highlighted the expansion of the School-Based Feeding Program as part of the government's broader strategy to combat child malnutrition, improve learning outcomes, and invest in the country's future.

#𝗣𝗔𝗙𝗙𝗣 | Rice farmer Isaac Rebutado of Siocon, Zamboanga del Norte express his gratitude to the DA - Presidential Assistance for Farmers and Fisherfolk (PAFF) Program granting farmers like him of cash assistance of which he says that will help him and support his family in this time of difficulty. He hopes the PAFFP will continue so it can help more farmers.

"The assistance provided by the Department of Agriculture is a huge help to farmers like us. Before, we did not receive support like this. Now, I am very thankful because I can use this assistance to buy insecticides to control pests in our crops. To our President and to the Secretary of the Department of Agriculture, thank you very much for your support."
