The Sangguniang Kabataan Council of Barangay Campedico will convene its Regular Meeting on August 08, 2026 (Saturday), at 9:00 AM at the Barangay Multi-Purpose Hall, Barangay Campedico, Palapag, Northern Samar.

01 | 𝗕𝗨𝗗𝗚𝗘𝗧 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳 💰
Discussion and further prioritization of the proposed Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs) for CY 2027, ensuring that the available SK fund is aligned with the needs and development priorities of the youth. The previous planning process covered various areas including health, education, environment, agriculture, social inclusion, economic empowerment, governance, active citizenship, and peace and security.

02 | 𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗜𝗡𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬 📋
Continuation of preparations for the initial inventory of SK properties, financial records, documents, and money accountabilities, in accordance with the established SK Inventory Team. The SK Inventory Team was previously created through a resolution pursuant to the applicable DILG and DBM-DILG issuances in preparation for the BSKE 2026.

Discussion on matters concerning SK incentives and recognition of the efforts and responsibilities of the SK officials in fulfilling their duties and serving the youth of Barangay Campedico.

As part of the Council's continuing commitment to youth-centered governance, several committee-driven resolutions and programs have already been approved:

💊 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗗𝗥𝗨𝗚 𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗠
A continuing program promoting drug prevention awareness, healthy lifestyles, responsible citizenship, leadership and values formation, sports and recreation, peer education, IEC campaigns, community outreach, and the reactivation of KKDAT.

💻 𝗗𝗜𝗚𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗟 𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗬 & 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗟𝗘 𝗨𝗦𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛𝗡𝗢𝗟𝗢𝗚𝗬
A youth-focused initiative designed to strengthen digital knowledge and skills, while promoting responsible digital citizenship, online safety, cyber ethics, and awareness of cyberbullying, misinformation, and other online risks through seminars, workshops, and information campaigns.

The Health Committee's proposed programs include a Health Training Workshop, Health Symposium focusing on teenage pregnancy prevention, s*x education, and mental awareness, and participation in the Mayor's Cup Sports Competition, all aimed at promoting healthier and more informed youth.

These approved initiatives demonstrate the Council's continuing effort to translate committee proposals into concrete programs and policies that address the diverse needs of the youth—from health and safety to technology, responsible citizenship, and community participation.

𝑲𝒂𝒃𝒂𝒕𝒂𝒂𝒏 𝑺𝒂 𝑲𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒂𝒔𝒂𝒏, 𝑲𝒂𝒃𝒂𝒕𝒂𝒂𝒏 𝑺𝒂 𝑷𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒉𝒐𝒏! 🌱

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Campedico conducted a Clean-Up Drive along the Circumferential Road from Barangay Campedico to Palapag Proper, collecting plastic bottles, cellophanes, and other non-biodegradable waste scattered along the roadside.

🧹♻️ This initiative was carried out in preparation for DALAGAN, as Barangay Campedico serves as one of the designated route areas. Beyond preparing our community for the event, the activity aims to promote a cleaner, safer, and more environmentally responsible barangay for residents, visitors, and participants.

The SK Council believes that keeping our surroundings clean is not only a responsibility but also a way of showing pride, discipline, and love for our community. 💚

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Campedico actively participated in the Capacity Enhancement Training for Barangay Tanods, Health Workers, and SK Officials, held at Barangay Magsaysay on July 20, 2026.

This training served as an opportunity for our SK Officials to enhance their knowledge, strengthen their skills, and gain valuable insights that can contribute to more effective and responsive youth governance and community service.

𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗥 𝗠𝗘𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 | 𝟬𝟳.𝟬𝟱.𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

The **Sangguniang Kabataan Council of Barangay Campedico** convened its **Regular Meeting** on **July 05, 2026 (Sunday), at 9:00 AM** at the **Barangay Multi-Purpose Hall, Barangay Campedico, Palapag, Northern Samar**, presided over by **SK Chairperson Hon. Zydnie P. Apolinar**.

📝 **KEY AGENDA AND HIGHLIGHTS:**

🔹 **SK INVENTORY TEAM (SKIT)**
The Council deliberated and unanimously approved **Resolution No. 2, Series of 2026**, creating the **Sangguniang Kabataan Inventory Team (SKIT)** in accordance with **DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2026-021** and **DBM-DILG Memorandum Circular No. 1, Series of 2025**. The team will facilitate the inventory and turnover of SK properties, financial records, documents, and money accountabilities in preparation for the **BSKE 2026**.

🔹 **PLANNING AND BUDGETING FOR CY 2027**
The Council proceeded with the formulation of proposed **Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs)** for CY 2027, covering key areas such as **Health, Education, Environment, Agriculture, Social Inclusion and Equity, Economic Empowerment, Global Mobility, Governance, Active Citizenship, and Peace Building and Security**.

The proposed PPAs include initiatives such as **health training and symposiums, computer literacy training, school supplies assistance, disaster and environmental programs, agricultural training, cultural and inclusion activities, livelihood and skills training, global youth initiatives, LNK, youth organization support, active citizenship programs, and anti-illegal drugs and child protection campaigns.**

🔹 **APPROVAL OF CY 2027 ABYIP**
The Council unanimously approved **Resolution No. 3, Series of 2026**, approving the **Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYIP) for CY 2027** of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Campedico.

The Council also discussed the projected **10% SK Fund for CY 2027 amounting to ₱320,486.62**, including allocations for **Personal Services, Capability Training, PPAs, Capital Outlay, and General Administration**. The committees will further prioritize the PPAs to be implemented within the available budget.

🔹 **OTHER MATTERS**
The Council also discussed preparations for the **Mayor's Cup**, support for the **Nutrition Month activities and anti-illegal drugs campaign**, and youth participation in the **Hapag Project**, including coordination for its documentation and proposed planting area.

🤝 Through responsible planning, transparent financial management, teamwork, and active youth participation, the **SK Council of Barangay Campedico** continues to strengthen youth governance and develop programs that respond to the needs and aspirations of the community.

It's a Great Run and a Great Fun of Elimination Round 🏀 🏃

Thank You so much mga Anak.. for being so participative and dedicated to the game of our Team Sr. San Isidro Campedico of the Midget Division, we've been through different life experiences throughout the game, we feel tired, exhausted, got injured and have so many complicated schedules to each of you yet you choose to show up in every game.

We would like to thanks every person who supported your games, to the Sangguniang Barangay Council of Campedico headed by our Punong Barangay for allowing us to use the Chariot for transportation of the players, to the Coach of our Team always bringing good strategy and the Assistant coaches which helps the coach and player to analyze the game for strategy, to the parents allowing your children to play and let them develop their skills and find who they are, to the supporters 🫶🫡

Thank you mga Anak 🫶🫡, it's a great run of 3-4 from nothing in the last past years, now you showed your improvement and dedication, you develop skills and discipline, I must say this is how sports development, developing athlete and youth skills and potential as well as moral and character.

📢 OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

In preparation for the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) 2026, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Campedico officially announces the creation of the Sangguniang Kabataan Inventory Team (SKIT).

The creation of the SKIT is in accordance with:

✅ Republic Act No. 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015, as amended by Republic Act No. 11768;

✅ DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2026-021, prescribing the guidelines on the inventory and turnover of Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan properties, financial records, documents, and money accountabilities in preparation for the BSKE 2026;

✅ DBM–DILG–NYC Joint Memorandum Circular No. 1, Series of 2025, providing the guidelines for the inventory, turnover, and accountability of Sangguniang Kabataan funds, properties, records, and other accountabilities;

✅ SK Resolution No. 02, Series of 2026, creating the Sangguniang Kabataan Inventory Team (SKIT) of Barangay Campedico; and

✅ Executive Order No. 01, Series of 2026, formally constituting and directing the SK Inventory Team to perform its duties and responsibilities.

The SK Inventory Team is tasked to conduct the complete inventory, verification, documentation, and proper turnover of all Sangguniang Kabataan properties, equipment, financial records, legislative documents, and money accountabilities to ensure an orderly, transparent, and accountable transition of leadership.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Campedico remains committed to the principles of transparency, accountability, integrity, and good governance in serving the youth and the community.
