Combat Engineer Regiment Conducts Change of Command Ceremony of Combat Engineer Support Company and Combat Engineer School
FORT RAMON MAGSAYSAY, Nueva Ecija — The Combat Engineer Regiment, Philippine Army under the leadership of BGEN RICNON U CAROLASAN PA, Regiment Commander successfully conducted the Change of Command Ceremony of the Combat Engineer Support Company (CESC) and the Combat Engineer School (CES) at EP Clubhouse, 7ID, PA, Fort Ramon Magsasay, Palayan City, Nueva Ecija.
For the Combat Engineer Support Company (CESC), CPT RODOLFO B RIVERA III (CE) PA formally relinquished his duties as Acting Commanding Officer to 1LT MARY ASSUMPTHA P SANTIÁÑEZ (CE) PA, who officially assumed the position as the newly installed Acting Commanding Officer, CESC.
Meanwhile, for the Combat Engineer School (CES), MAJ IVAN Q ESPERA (CE) PA formally relinquished his duties as Acting Commandant to LTC RIZZA MAE A SAN AGUSTIN CE (GSC) PA, who officially assumed the responsibilities as the newly installed Acting Commandant of CES.
During the ceremony, the outgoing commanders, expressed their gratitude to the officers, enlisted personnel, and civilian human resources for their unwavering support, dedication, and professionalism throughout their leadership. They emphasized the importance of unity, teamwork, and commitment in accomplishing the Regiment’s mission and sustaining the organization’s operational gains.
In their assumption remarks, the newly designated leaders expressed their commitment to sustain the gains and accomplishments, and to further enhance the institution’s capability in developing competent and mission-ready Combat Engineers for the Philippine Army.
In his message, BGEN CAROLASAN commended the outgoing commanders for their dedicated service and valuable contributions to the Regiment while extending his confidence and support to the incoming leaders as they continue to uphold the mission, traditions, and excellence of the Combat Engineer Regiment.
