“Yet even now,” declares the LORD, “return to me with all your heart…” — Joel 2:12

In the midst of brokenness, sin, and spiritual complacency, God still extends an invitation: RETURN.

Repentance is not merely feeling sorry for our sins. It is turning our hearts back to God. Joel reminds us that God is gracious and compassionate, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love.

There is still grace.
There is still mercy.
There is still an open invitation to come home.

RETURN TO THE LORD, WHILE GRACE STILL CALLS.

This Sunday, we were reminded that the Book of Daniel is far more than a collection of end-times prophecies. It is a powerful testimony that God reigns over history, even when kingdoms rise and fall, and even when His people face trials.

Daniel points us to a God who calls His people to remain faithful, assures us that evil's victories are only temporary, and directs our hope toward the everlasting Kingdom that finds its fulfillment in Jesus Christ.

As we continue our this week, don't just read Daniel looking for predictions. Read it to discover God's sovereignty, grow in faithfulness, and strengthen your hope in His promises.

Successful Conduct of 7ID Evangelical Chaplain's Session during the Transition Assistance Program (TAP) Seminar for Philippine Army Retirees

The Evangelical Chaplain of the Philippine Army successfully conducted a meaningful session during the Transition Assistance Program (TAP) Seminar for retiring military personnel. The lecture emphasized the powerful principle of "Mission 2.0," reminding participants that their mission does not end with retirement from active military service. Instead, retirement marks the beginning of a new season filled with opportunities to continue serving God, their families, their communities, and the nation in new and meaningful ways.

The session encouraged retirees to embrace a growth mindset, recognizing that personal, professional, and family development can continue well beyond military service. Participants were inspired to see retirement not as the end of productivity, but as the start of a more purposeful, balanced, and fulfilling chapter of life.

The lecture also acknowledged the emotional and psychological challenges that often accompany retirement. Retirees were reminded that it is okay not to be okay at first, as adjusting to a new lifestyle takes time. Through God's grace, proper support systems, and intentional preparation, they can successfully reintegrate into civilian life with renewed hope, confidence, and purpose.

A key highlight of the seminar was fostering awareness of the importance of establishing healthy routines, maintaining a positive outlook, and strengthening one's spiritual foundation during the transition. Participants were also guided through life coaching activities focused on developing a clear personal and family vision, helping them identify their goals, values, and mission for the years ahead.

The session concluded with an encouragement for every retiree to view retirement not as the end of their calling, but as the beginning of Mission 2.0—a new opportunity to live with purpose, lead their families well, serve others faithfully, and continue making a lasting impact by God's grace.

SUNDAY WORSHIP SERVICE @ ARMY ARTILLERY!

We give thanks and praise to God for the opportunity to open the 4:00 P.M. Sunday Worship Service last July 19 at the Army Artillery Unit.

Together, we lifted our voices in heartfelt worship, received God's Word through the faithful preaching of our guest speaker, Rev. Hans Rosario, and celebrated the Holy Communion, facilitated by Chaplain Aaron B. Guibao.

As we reflected on God's Word, we were reminded that Christ is the Great Physician— the One who alone brings healing to weary hearts, restores broken lives, and gives hope where there seems to be none.
In every battle, visible or unseen, He remains our source of strength, peace, and new life.

May the Lord continue to uphold the men and women in uniform, guiding them in every mission and keeping Christ at the very center of their service and their lives.
