Official page of the 7th Infantry (Kaugnay) Division of the Philippine Army based in Fort Ramon Magsaysay, Palayan City, Nueva Ecija

The 7th Infantry โ€œKaugnayโ€ Division, Philippine Army can be traced with the activation of the Philippine Armyโ€™s 3rd Infantry Brigade (Separate) in 1987 based at Camp Servillano Aquino, Tarlac City. The said Brigade-separate was tasked then to spearhead the

counter-insurgency operations in Central Luzon. On August 1, 1988, it was upgraded to become the 7th Infantry (Kaugnay) Division of the Philippine Army. Soon after, the Headquarters of the Philippine Army directed 7ID to transfer its Headquarters from Camp Aquino in Tarlac to Fort Magsaysay, Palayan City, Nueva Ecija on November 22, 1988. In the 1990s, 7ID sent one of its Infantry Brigades to Davao region in support to the Armed Forces of the Philippineโ€™s counter-insurgency campaign in Mindanao. In 2020s, 7ID redeployed some of its forces to the Visayas and Southern Luzon making it the only Army Infantry Division with units deployed all over the country. Through the years, the Kaugnay Division has been a breeding ground for top caliber leaders who have brought 7ID to greater heights in pursuing peace and progress. As it embraces the Kaugnay Spirit way, 7ID will keep sustaining professional excellence in accelerating inclusive and sustainable socio-economic development hand in hand with the communities and stakeholders in a much more secured, peaceful and progressive environment on its Area of Responsibility.

โ€ข Mariners of motorbancas and similarly sized vessels are advised to take precautionary measures while venturing out to sea and, if possible, avoid navigation under these conditions.

Other coastal waters have forecast wave heights of less than 2.0 m.

TRACK AND INTENSITY OUTLOOK
โ€ข It must be emphasized that heavy rainfall and severe winds may still be experienced in localities outside the forecast confidence cone. Refer to โ€œOther Hazards affecting Land Areasโ€ for more details. Furthermore, the track may still shift within the limit of the forecast confidence cone.
โ€ข This tropical cyclone will remain far from the Philippine landmass. FRANCISCO is forecast to gradually decelerate while moving generally north northwestward until tomorrow (24 June) morning before recurving towards the Ryukyu Islands in southern Japan. Persons living in areas identified to be highly or very highly susceptible to these hazards are advised to follow evacuation and other instructions from local officials.
