This was followed by a briefing from NCDA Planning Officer Ms. Mojaira Dela Cruz on Joint Memorandum Circular No. 1, Series of 2023, and the agencyโs Strategic Plan for 2023โ2028, outlining key directions for strengthening disability-inclusive governance.
The meeting concluded with a status report on the establishment of Persons with Disability Affairs Offices (PDAOs) across Region VIII, presented by Mr. Macor Christian Lee B. Wael, highlighting both progress and remaining gaps at the local level.
