- The pageant is open to bona fide residents of Barangay Canhidoc.
- Must be single (male or female)
- Must be 15 to 30 years old at the time of the competition.
- Must present any valid ID to verify name, age, and residency.

𝐈𝐈. 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍
- Interested participants must register through the official Google Form provided by the organizers.
- Once the official list of candidates is completed, the SK Council will conduct a mandatory orientation.
- Attendance in the orientation is required for all candidates.

- Summer Wear
- Talent Portion
- Traditional Filipino Attire

- All candidates will participate in the Question and Answer (Q&A) portion.
- Each candidate will be given a maximum of two (2) minutes to answer their question.
- To allow proper preparation, candidates will be provided with a list of possible questions prior to the event.
- The Top Three (3) finalists will advance to the Final Q&A Round

𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐌𝐄𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐂𝐒:

1.The Male and Female candidates who garnered the highest number of Hearts will win the People’s Choice Award.
2.Each candidate should prepare to enter to a production number in their white casual attire and self-introduction.
3. For the talent portion each candidate will be given two (2) minutes for exposure.
4.There are two rounds in this pageant. Preliminary and Final. The top three (3) candidates will move on to the final stage and be judged on their intellect, beauty and looks.
5.In the final category, the top three (3) candidates will received scores that are completely unrelated to their prior scores and will be rated from zero.
6.The organizing committee has the right to call the attention of the candidates in cases of any untoward behavior that would cause disturbance of the schedule activity.
7.If a candidate violates the organizing committee’s rules and guidelines or act unethically, the organizing committee has the power to penalize or disqualify them and prevent them from progressing or participating.
8.Only the outcome acknowledged by the panel of judges, accepted, and made public by the host shall be honored and considered final and irrevocable.
