โ€ข Assist coconut farmers and their dependents in availing of the Hospitalization and Medical Care Assistance (HMCA) Program
โ€ข Validate beneficiary eligibility against the NCFRS and assist in the preparation and issuance of Guarantee Letters
โ€ข Conduct case interviews, social case studies, and patient assessments within assigned partner hospitals
โ€ข Coordinate with partner hospital billing sections and PhilHealth, and assist in YAKAP Program registration
โ€ข Maintain patient records and submit periodic accomplishment, billing, and monitoring reports to the PCA RO VIII Regional Office
