Upang matiyak ang maagap at maayos na pagtugon sa mga sumbong, reklamo, puna, at mungkahi kaugnay ng Health Systems Resilience Project (HSRP), ipinababatid ng DOH-EV CHD Regional Unified Project Management Unit (RUPMU)-HSRP ang mga opisyal na Grievance Channels na maaaring gamitin upang maiparating ang mga alalahanin at hinaing.

Bukas ang mga grievance channels na ito para sa lahat ng apektado o kalahok sa proyekto, kabilang ang mga kawani ng DOH, mga health worker mula probinsya hanggang barangay, mga komunidad na sakop ng proyekto, at mga People’s Organizations (POs) at Civil Society Organizations (CSOs).

PAGPAPAHALAGA SA POSITIBONG EPEKTO NG KUMPLETONG BAKUNA AT NEWBORN SCREENING SA KABATAAN

Sa patuloy na pagsusulong ng mga hakbanging nakapagliligtas ng buhay, idinaos ng DOH-Eastern Visayas Center for Health Development (DOH-EV CHD) ang "Reunion of Saved and Fully Immunized Children" noong Mayo 14, 2026 sa Tacloban City. Isang pagdiriwang para sa mga batang nailigtas at protektado dahil sa kumpletong bakuna at newborn screening—isang maagap na interbensyong pangkalusugan laban sa mga nakakahawang sakit at congenital disorders.

Sa pangunguna ni Assistant Regional Director Dr. Catherine Layon-Miral, National Immunization Program (NIP) Program Manager Ms. Chiradee Claridad, Newborn Screening (NBS) Nurse Coordinator Mr. Adrian Ortiz, katuwang ang Eastern Visayas Medical Center (EVMC) Newborn Screening Continuity Clinic, layunin ng programang maibahagi ang mga kuwento ng tagumpay (success stories) at magagandang karanasan ng bawat magulang sa komunidad para sa ‘life-saving’ na epekto ng NBS at kumpletong pagpapabakuna.

Dahil sa mahusay at tuloy-tuloy na pagtutulungan ng bawat magulang, barangay health workers, narses, at LGU, matitiyak ang mas malawak na kamalayan ng bawat magulang sa importansya ng pagpapabakuna at newborn screening.

Sa tuloy-tuloy na tiwala at suporta ng bawat magulang, komunidad, at pamahalaan, mas matitiyak natin ang isang mas ligtas, masigla, at malusog na bukas, dahil sa “Bagong Pilipinas, Bawat Bata ay Mahalaga!”

The Department of Health (DOH) in Eastern Visayas has intensified its campaign for childhood immunization and newborn screening as it gathered families and children during the recent “Reunion of Saved and Fully Immunized Children.”

The event highlighted the success stories of children who were protected from life-threatening illnesses through complete vaccination and early newborn screening interventions, reinforcing the government’s efforts to reduce infant mortality and prevent congenital disorders.

The initiative also supports President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s thrust decentralizing healthcare services, bringing specialized medical care closer to underserved communities, expanding rural healthcare access, and ensuring timely interventions for communicable and non-communicable diseases while providing financial protection for Filipino families.
