This September, DTI Leyte, through the 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 brings together visual artists, photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals in a dynamic showcase where traditional art meets contemporary and audio-visual creativity.

Derived from the Waray word “𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗽𝗼,” meaning to meet, encounter, or come together, 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗽𝗼 𝟯.𝟬 celebrates the talent, artistry, cultural identity, and innovative spirit of Leyte’s creative community.

🎨 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡 𝗔𝗡 𝗔𝗥𝗧 𝗘𝗫𝗛𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

Taragpo 3.0 is a convergence of creativity, culture, and enterprise.

Beyond providing a platform to showcase the works of local creatives, the activity aims to promote, market, and create opportunities for the sale of artworks and other creative outputs, while connecting creative talents with art enthusiasts, collectors, businesses, institutions, and the general public.

Through this initiative, DTI Leyte seeks to help local creatives expand their market reach, strengthen their creative enterprises, and transform their talents into sustainable livelihood and business opportunities.

The activity supports the objectives of the DTI's 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗰𝘁 𝗡𝗼. 𝟭𝟭𝟵𝟬𝟰, 𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝘁, particularly in promoting Filipino creative works, strengthening creative enterprises, expanding market opportunities, and contributing to the growth of the Philippine creative economy.
