Strengthening Road Safety: 2nd NSPMFC Combines Checkpoint Operations with Lecture to Motorist

2nd NSPMFC personnel under the direct supervision of PLTCOL NORMAN S KIAT-ONG JR, Force Commander, conducted PNP Checkpoint Operation and Lecture to motorists along the Catarman-Laoang Road in Brgy 8 Poblacion, Pambujan, Northern Samar, on October 08, 2026.

During this activity motorists were given lectures on important topics such as road safety, traffic rules and regulations and anti-criminality awareness.

These lectures serve as a proactive approach to educate the public, reduce violations, and build trust between motorists and the police. By informing drivers of their rights and responsibilities, the PNP ensures a safer and more orderly flow of traffic while also strengthening community relations.

Ensuring Safe Schools: 2nd NSPMFC Conducts Visitation and Establishes Police Presence at Pambujan National High School

Personnel of the 2nd NSPMFC, under the direct supervision of PLTCOL NORMAN S KIAT-ONG JR, Force Commander, conducted visitation and established police presence at Pambujan National High School in Brgy. 8 Poblacion, Pambujan, Northern Samar, in line with the directive to strengthen school safety and security measures following the recent tragic incident at San Jose National High School, held today, October 8, 2026.

The activity aimed to strengthen police visibility within the school premises, provide reassurance to the school community, and support the implementation of existing security protocols to maintain a safe and secure learning environment.

Sa ilalim ng direktang pangangasiwa ni PLTCOL NORMAN S KIAT-ONG JR, Force Commander, 2nd NSPMFC ay nagsagawa ng Foot patrolling sa Pambujan National Highschool, Brgy 8 Poblacion bayan ng Pambujan, Northern Samar, ngayong araw, ika-8 ng Oktubre, 2026.

Ang aktibidad na ito ay nagsisilbing crime deterrent at lumilikha ng mas ligtas na kapaligiran. Nagbubuo din ito ng tiwala at kumpiyansa at tumutulong na palakasin ang ugnayan ng mga tauhan ng PNP at ng komunidad.

Ang gawaing ito ay bahagi ng Anti-Criminality Campaign ng PNP sa ilalim ng Enhanced Managing Police Operations para sa pagpapanatili ng kapayapaan at kaayusan sa lokalidad.
