As we come to the end of our tenure as the Revitalized Pulis Sa Barangay (R-PSB) in Brgy Cabari-an, Pambujan, Northern Samar, We are filled with immense gratitude and appreciation for the opportunity to have served this wonderful community, and it is with great pleasure that we take this moment to express our heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you for the unwavering support and cooperation that you have extended to us during our stay.

We would like to extend our sincerest appreciation to the Barangay Council of Brgy Cabari-an, headed by the honorable and esteemed Punong Barangay, Hon. Roque J Sosing, for their warm welcome and unwavering support to the R-PSB team, their tireless efforts in facilitating our initiatives, and their dedication to the welfare of the community have been instrumental in driving positive change and fostering a sense of unity and progress in Brgy Cabari-an, and we are deeply grateful for the opportunity to have worked alongside such a dedicated and committed group of public servants, and we appreciate the trust they have reposed in us to serve the community.

We would like also to express our heartfelt gratitude to the administration, teachers, and staff of Busak Elementary School, headed by the dedicated and esteemed School Principal, Ma'am Sheree Ann Udtohan, for their support, and cooperation in all projects, programs, and activities of the R-PSB, their commitment to education and community development has been a source of inspiration, and their collaboration has greatly contributed to the success of our initiatives, and we are thankful for the opportunity to have worked together to enhance the learning environment and promote the welfare of the students.

We would like also to extend our sincerest appreciation to the local organizations of Brgy Cabari-an for their active participation, cooperation, and dedication to community development, their passion and commitment to the welfare of the barangay have been instrumental in driving positive change and fostering a sense of unity and progress, and we are grateful for the opportunity to have collaborated with them to implement various initiatives that have benefited the community, and we appreciate the trust they have reposed in us to serve alongside them.

As we bid farewell to Brgy Cabari-an, we are overwhelmed with gratitude for the over 15 months of stay, and we are thankful for the treasured memories, profound experiences, and cherished friendships that we have forged, which have become an integral part of our hearts, and we are confident that the bonds we have created will continue to strengthen, and we pray that the people of Brgy Cabari-an will continue to thrive and prosper, and that our community will remain a shining example of what can be achieved through unity and cooperation, and as we leave, we carry with us the warmth and love of the family we have built, and we are forever grateful for the opportunity to have served, laughed, and grown together as one family, and may the spirit of camaraderie and solidarity that we have shared continue to inspire and guide our community towards a brighter future.

This activity enabled farmers to gain knowledge on the legal process of organizing and registering a farmers association. A registered farmers association allows members to access government programs, labor protection, livelihood assistance, and other socio-economic benefits. By assisting DOLE in this orientation, the R-PSB team are likely helping to facilitate the registration process and provide secure environment for the farmers.

It further sought to educate the public, particularly the youth, on the detrimental effects of drug abuse, while strengthening the community’s indispensable role in supporting and sustaining the government’s anti-drug programs.

NORTHERN SAMAR PPO HAS A NEW OFFICER-IN-CHARGE

CAMP CARLOS DELGADO, CATARMAN, NORTHERN SAMAR- PCOL ORLANDO S GARDIOLA JR took the helm as the newly installed Officer-in-Charge of the Northern Samar Police Provincial Office, effective December 27, 2025.

He succeeded former Police Provincial Director PCOL SONNIE B OMENGAN, who faithfully served as the province’s top cop for two years.

PCOL GARDIOLA JR is a member of PNPA Kabalikat Class of ’98 and now assumes command of the province’s 24 municipal police stations and two mobile forces.

PCOL GARDIOLA JR vowed his full-time commitment to anti-criminality operations and the maintenance of peace and order in Northern Samar.

The activity aimed to ensure public safety, maintain peace and order, prevent criminal activities, and provide assistance to affected residents.

SAFETY ADVISORY: As of 4:15 AM on January 5, 2026, the bridge located in Barangay Cabari-an, Pambujan, Northern Samar, is flooded and currently impassable. For safety reasons, crossing the bridge is strictly not advised.

The public is strongly urged to avoid the area until further notice. Please disseminate this information to ensure the safety of all concerned.
