The Municipal Assessor’s Office has conducted an ocular/field inspection for the declaration of properties as part of its continuing programs . This activity was undertaken to verify actual property conditions, ensure the accuracy and completeness of property data, and maintain updated assessment records in accordance with existing laws and regulations.

The Municipal Assessor’s Office extends its appreciation to the concerned property owners and stakeholders for their cooperation and support throughout the conduct of this activity.

📋 𝑷𝑹𝑫𝑷-𝑺𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑬𝒏𝒗𝒊𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝑺𝒂𝒇𝒆𝒈𝒖𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒔 (𝑺𝑬𝑺) 𝑼𝒏𝒊𝒕 𝒐𝒏-𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒆 𝑭𝒊𝒆𝒍𝒅𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌 𝑨𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔

The Social and Environmental Safeguards (SES) Unit conducted a series of on-site fieldwork activities in Barangay Tambo and Barangay Calawat for the purpose of accomplish Entitlement Survey (Form 1) for all identified Project Affected Persons (PAPs) in relation to the proposed subproject. Prior to the commencement of fieldwork activities, the SES Unit undertook courtesy visits to the Punong Barangays of Barangay Tambo and Barangay Calawat to formally inform them of the objectives, scope, and schedule of the entitlement survey. These courtesy calls facilitated coordination at the barangay level and ensured the smooth and orderly conduct of field activities within their respective jurisdictions.

‎The Local Government Unit of Pamplona conducted a Public Consultation relative to the proposed Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP-DA) Tambo-Calawat Farm-to-Market Road last November 20, 2025 at Brgy. Calawat, Pamplona, Camarines Sur.

The Public Consultation is facilitated by the Municipal Project Management Implementation Unit (MPMIU) composed of the Office of the Mayor, Municipal Assessor's Office (MASSO), the Municipal Engineering Office (MEO), Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO), Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO), and the Sanguniang Bayan (SB) represented by Vice Mayor Ronaldo "Boy" Franco.📋

📋 📍 LOCAL ASSESSMENT EVALUATION, EXAMINATION, AND MONITORING (AEEM)

The Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) Regional Office V conducted today, October 7, 2025, the Local Assessment Evaluation, Examination, and Monitoring (AEEM) at the Municipal Assessor’s Office of Pamplona.

The activity aims to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in the conduct of local assessment operations. It includes the review of administrative and technical records, random checking of assessment documents, and actual on-site inspection and validation of property assessments.

As part of the visit, the BLGF team also paid a courtesy call to Hon. Mayor Manuel O. Agustin and Hon. Vice Mayor Ronaldo F. Franco expressing support for the LGU’s continuing efforts toward effective local governance and fiscal administration.

The Municipal Assessor’s Office of Pamplona expresses its sincere appreciation to the BLGF Region 5 for their continued guidance and technical assistance in promoting excellence in local assessment administration.

📊 The Municipal Assessor’s Office of Pamplona (MASSO) actively took part in the 5-Day Technical Training-Workshop on the Formulation of the Schedule of Market Values (SMV) held on September 22–26, 2025 at the BLGF V Training Center, Rawis, Legazpi City.

Organized by the Camarines Sur Assessors and Appraisers Organization (CSAAO), Inc. in collaboration with the Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) Region V, is a vital step in the implementation of Republic Act No. 12001, the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA) —anchored on ensuring a fair, uniform, and transparent property valuation system that will enhance local revenue generation and sustainable development.

📍 Ocular Inspection

The Municipal Assessor’s Office recently conducted a series of on-site inspections in Barangays San Vicente, Tambo, and Del Rosario as part of its program on property declaration and assessment validation.

The inspection covers newly established properties as well as improvements or modifications made to existing land and structures — including residential, and commercial types. This initiative ensures that all properties are properly recorded in the official tax mapping and assessment roll of the LGU. 🏠📋

By physically verifying property details on the ground, the LGU strengthens transparency, fairness in taxation, and effective local governance.
