04 Agosto 2026 || 𝐋𝐆𝐔 𝐏𝐀𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐎𝐍𝐀, 𝐁𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐏𝐈𝐒𝐘𝐀𝐑𝐘𝐎 𝐍𝐆 ₱𝟏𝟐-𝐌𝐈𝐋𝐘𝐎𝐍𝐆 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐑𝐎𝐎𝐌 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐉𝐄𝐂𝐓 𝐌𝐔𝐋𝐀 𝐒𝐀 𝐃𝐄𝐏𝐄𝐃

Isang malaking tagumpay para sa sektor ng edukasyon ang isinakatuparan sa pamamagitan ng Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing sa pagitan ng Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Pamplona, sa pangunguna ni Municipal Mayor Manuel O. Agustin, at ng Department of Education (DepEd) Central Office kasama sina ASec. Roger B. Masapol, Assistant Secretary for Governance, Operations, and Strategic Management, at ASec. Aurelio Paulo "AP" Bartolome, Assistant Secretary for Infrastructure and Human Resource and Organizational Development.

Sa ilalim ng DepEd 2026 Classroom Building Program, napabilang ang Pamplona sa mga benepisyaryong tatanggap ng mga bagong silid aralan na may kabuuang halagang ₱12 milyon. Higit pa rito, ang bawat gusali ay kumpleto at fully furnished, kabilang ang mga kinakailangang silya, mesa, at iba pang mahahalagang kagamitan.

Ang mga paaralang makikinabang sa proyektong ito ay:
Cagbunga Elementary School
San Gabriel Elementary School
Pamplona Central School

Matatandaang kinilala si Assistant Secretary Roger B. Masapol bilang DepEd Night Awardee, kung saan ipinahayag niya ang kanyang suporta at pangakong patuloy na tutulong sa Bayan ng Pamplona sa pagpapaunlad ng sektor ng edukasyon.

Hindi rito nagtatapos ang magandang balita para sa sektor ng edukasyon sa Pamplona. Ang proyektong ito ay unang hakbang pa lamang sa mas malawak na pagtutulungan ng Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Pamplona at ng Department of Education upang maihatid ang mas marami pang programang pang-imprastraktura at mga inisyatibang magpapahusay sa kalidad ng edukasyon sa bayan.

Sa patuloy na pakikipag-ugnayan ni Mayor Manuel O. Agustin sa mga katuwang na ahensya ng pamahalaan, inaasahan ang mas marami pang proyektong magbibigay ng mas magandang kinabukasan para sa bawat mag-aaral ng Pamplona.

Sa unang Palatuntunan sa Watawat ngayong buwan ng Agosto, pormal na sinalubong ng Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Pamplona, sa pamumuno ni Mayor Manuel O. Agustin, kasama ang mga Kagalang-galang na Miyembro ng Sangguniang Bayan, ang pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika 2026 na may temang “Wikang Filipino at AI: Kasangkapan sa Pananaliksik at Tulay sa Yaman ng Impormasyon.”

Ang programa ay pinangasiwaan ng Local Youth Development Office at Office of the Mayor, habang ang Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) ang nanguna sa Entrance of Colors.

Kasabay rin nito, inilunsad ng Municipal Health Office ang 2026 Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (MR-SIA) o Ligtas Tigdas 2026, bilang pagpapatibay sa pakikiisa ng mga lokal na pamahalaan sa layuning makamit ang 95% immunization coverage ng mga batang karapat-dapat mabakunahan at matiyak ang matagumpay na pagpapatupad ng pambansang kampanya laban sa tigdas at rubella.

Sa pamamagitan ng mga programang nagsusulong ng pagmamahal sa wika, kultura, at kalusugan, patuloy na nagkakaisa ang LGU Pamplona tungo sa mas maunlad at mas malusog na pamayanan.

Under the leadership of Municipal Mayor Hon. Manuel O. Agustin, the Local Government Unit of Pamplona, through the Municipal Health Office (MHO), in partnership with the Bicol Medical Center (BMC), successfully conducted the Municipal-Wide Blood Donation Drive on July 29, 2026, at the Pamplona Sports Complex.

The activity was made possible through the collective efforts of the healthcare professionals from the Bicol Medical Center, Rural Health Unit (RHU) personnel, Barangay Health Workers (BHWs), and dedicated volunteers, who worked together to ensure the safe and efficient conduct of the blood donation drive.

Volunteer donors from different sectors of the municipality who generously shared the gift of life, helping ensure an adequate blood supply for patients in need of emergency care and life-saving medical procedures.

The LGU extends its sincere appreciation to all blood donors, the MHO, RHU personnel, BHWs, medical teams, and partner organizations for making this humanitarian initiative a success.

The Local Government Unit of Pamplona, headed by Municipal Mayor Hon. Manuel O. Agustin, convened the Local Development Council (LDC) Meeting on July 29, 2026, at the ABC Hall, Municipal Grounds, Poblacion, bringing together municipal officials, barangay leaders, Sangguniang Bayan members, representatives from the youth sector, senior citizens, farmers' organizations, civil society organizations, and other stakeholders.

The Council deliberated on the reprogramming and utilization of the 20% Local Development Fund and the review of available funding sources to ensure that municipal resources are aligned with the priority needs and development goals of the municipality that will deliver lasting benefits to the people of Pamplona.

The Municipality of Pamplona, under the leadership of Municipal Mayor Hon. Manuel O. Agustin, warmly welcomed the Department of Tourism (DOT) Local Stakeholders' Assessment and Validation Team on July 28, 2026, at the Share Service Facility in Barangay Tambo for the conduct of "Pamplona's OTOP & Local Products: A Taste of Excellence."

The activity, coordinated by Engr. Kathleen L. Villaluz, Municipal Tourism Officer, showcased Pamplona's rich culinary heritage and proudly homegrown products as part of the municipality's continuing efforts to strengthen its One Town, One Product (OTOP) initiative and promote sustainable tourism and local economic development.

The DOT validation team was welcomed with refreshing local beverages before enjoying the Pampered Palate Grazing Experience, featuring an array of traditional Bicolano delicacies, OTOP savory specialties, artisan atchara, and locally produced chips prepared by Pamplona's entrepreneurs and community partners.

The program also featured a guided tour of the retail displays and production area, presentation of customized banana trunk pasalubong boxes, and the official assessment and validation of the municipality's OTOP products and tourism initiatives by the DOT team.

The Municipality of Pamplona extends its sincere appreciation to its valued partners whose generous support contributed to the success of the activity, especially to Escaro Integrated Farm, Rural Improvement Club of Pamplona, and Turtle Spring Resort for helping showcase the best of Pamplona's local products and hospitality.

Through strong collaboration between the local government, local entrepreneurs, and community stakeholders, Pamplona continues to promote the quality, creativity, and uniqueness of its local products, further establishing the municipality as an emerging destination for culinary and community-based tourism.

Pinangunahan ni Municipal Mayor Hon. Manuel O. Agustin ang isinagawang Management Committee (ManCom) Meeting kahapon, Hulyo 27, 2026, kasama ang mga pinuno ng iba't ibang tanggapan ng Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Pamplona.

Tinalakay sa pulong ang pagpapatupad ng mga programa, proyekto, at serbisyong pampubliko. Kasabay nito, opisyal ding binuksan ang Budget Forum para sa Taong 2027, kung saan pinagusapan ang mga prayoridad sa pagpaplano at estratehikong paglalaan ng pondo upang masuportahan ang mga programang higit na makatutugon sa pangangailangan ng mamamayan at magpapalakas sa patuloy na pag-unlad ng Bayan ng Pamplona.

The Local Government Unit of Pamplona, under the leadership of Hon. Mayor Manuel O. Agustin, successfully conducted its 4th Monday Flag Ceremony for the month of July.

This week's ceremony was sponsored by the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), while the Philippine National Police (PNP) rendered the Entrance of Colors.

Following the ceremony, the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) awarded the Certificates of Completion to the Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science students from CBSUA–Pasacao Campus in recognition of the successful completion of their On-the-Job Training (OJT) with the LGU.

The weekly flag ceremony continues to strengthen patriotism, unity, and the commitment of every public servant to provide responsive and dedicated service to the people of Pamplona.
