The Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise Development (MSMED) Plan 2026โ2030 was presented and approved for adoption by the City Development Council (CDC) during its meeting held today, August 12, 2026, at the 3rd Floor Function Hall, City Hall Building, Panabo City.
The five-year MSMED Plan serves as a roadmap for strengthening the cityโs MSME sector. It was formulated through consultations and collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure that its priorities and interventions respond to the needs and challenges of local MSMEs.
The meeting was presided over by City Mayor Jose E. Relampagos, with City Planning and Development Coordinator Dr. Joseph Raymund Sumabal and City Councilor Hon. Josie Mary โBoss JMโ G. Relampagos also in attendance.
With the approval of the MSMED Plan 2026โ2030, the City Government of Panabo takes another step toward building a business-friendly, competitive, resilient, and inclusive local economy, and supporting the continued growth and development of local MSMEs.
