𝗠𝗦𝗠𝗘 𝗗𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗟𝗢𝗣𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗡 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲–𝟮𝟬𝟯𝟬 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗗 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗔𝗗𝗢𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

The Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise Development (MSMED) Plan 2026–2030 was presented and approved for adoption by the City Development Council (CDC) during its meeting held today, August 12, 2026, at the 3rd Floor Function Hall, City Hall Building, Panabo City.

The five-year MSMED Plan serves as a roadmap for strengthening the city’s MSME sector. It was formulated through consultations and collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure that its priorities and interventions respond to the needs and challenges of local MSMEs.

The meeting was presided over by City Mayor Jose E. Relampagos, with City Planning and Development Coordinator Dr. Joseph Raymund Sumabal and City Councilor Hon. Josie Mary “Boss JM” G. Relampagos also in attendance.

With the approval of the MSMED Plan 2026–2030, the City Government of Panabo takes another step toward building a business-friendly, competitive, resilient, and inclusive local economy, and supporting the continued growth and development of local MSMEs.

The Panabo City Investment and Incentive Board (PCIIB) convened its First Evaluation for the Tax Incentive Special Meeting, led by City Mayor Jose E. Relampagos, on August 5, 2026, held at the City Mayor’s Conference Room, 3rd Floor, City Hall, Panabo City.

The City continues to support investments that contribute to the sustainable economic development of Panabo City.

The Panabo City Government, represented by the Local Economic Development and Investment Promotions Office (LEDIPO) and the City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO), was officially recognized as a strategic partner of the BUGSAI Technology Business Incubator during the PAGPALAWOD: BUGSAI TBI GRAND DEMO DAY on July 22, 2026, in Tagum City.
