Under the leadership of City Assessor Nancy R. Llana, REA, with Assistant City Assessor Mary Ann D. Valencia, REA, MBA-REPM, the Office of the City Assessor successfully conducted the 2nd Public Consultation on the Proposed Schedule of Market Values (SMV) on July 30, 2026, at 1:00 PM held at the ARF Gym, Brgy. New Pandan, Panabo City, pursuant to Republic Act No. 12001 (Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act).
The consultation was graced by the presence of City Administrator Pedrito A. Misoles, together with department heads and representatives from the different offices of the City Government of Panabo, demonstrating the Local Government Unit's commitment to transparency, accountability, and collaborative governance. The event was also honored by the attendance of Von Clinton W. Cordero, Regional Director of the Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLGF) Region XI, whose valuable insights further enriched the discussion on the implementation of the proposed Schedule of Market Values.
