February 6, 2026 โ€“ The Traffic Management and Development Section (TMDS), in collaboration with the Civil Security Unit (CSU), held a culmination program at the Panabo Gym.

The ten (10)-day On-the-Job Training of the Criminology interns (2nd Batch) has officially come to an end. Congratulations to everyone!

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the Head of TMDS, Mr. Alvin C. Ybaรฑez, Sir Joelito Tucjayao, CSU Supervisor Sir Jeffrey Patulot, and to all the personnel of TMDS and CSU for their constant guidance, valuable teachings, and unwavering support throughout the program.

May the knowledge and experiences you gained during your training help shape your future as professionals.

On February 9, 2026, the third batch of ACES Polytechnic College, INC. Bachelor of Science in Criminology Interns formally started their On-the-Job Training (OJT) in the City Government of Panabo's Traffic Management Development Section (TMDS).

The employees at TMDS greeted the interns. Together with Mr. Kim Padayao, TMDS Head Alvin C. Ybaรฑez gave an orientation to begin their first day. They were assigned to their respective areas and given a briefing on safety procedures and traffic laws during the session.

The interns will actively support TMDS officers in promoting road safety, controlling traffic, and upholding public order in Panabo City for ten days.

The City Goverment of Panabo encourages the public to support and cooperate with the interns as they carry out their tasks. The traffic management in Panabo City is improved by this program.

Sa Lunes, Pebrero 2, 2026, ang Traffic Management and Development Section (TMDS) nagpahigayon og follow-up inspection sa mga establisemento nga nakalapas sa road right-of-way.

Ang mga establisemento nga nakadawat og pahibalo gikan sa TMDS nagsugod na sa pagpanglimpyo ug pagtangtang sa mga babag aron malikayan ang road obstruction, masiguro ang kaluwasan sa mga motorista ug mga pedestrian, ug mapadayon ang hapsay nga dagan sa trapiko.

Nagpasalamat ang Traffic Management and Development Section (TMDS) sa publiko ug sa mga hingtungdang establisemento sa ilang kooperasyon sa pagpalambo sa kaluwasan ug kaharuhayan sa Panabo City.

The ACES Polytechnic College, INC. Bachelor of Science in Criminology Interns 2nd Batch officially began their On-the-Job Training (OJT) at the Traffic Management Development Section (TMDS) of the City Government of Panabo on January 26, 2026

The interns were welcomed by the TMDS staff. They started their first day with an orientation led by TMDS Head Alvin C. Ybaรฑez, together with Mr. Kim Padayao. During the session, they were briefed on traffic rules and regulations, safety protocols, and assigned on their respective area.

For a period of 10 days, the interns will actively assist TMDS officers in promoting road safety, managing traffic flow, and maintaining public order within Panabo City.

The City Government of Panabo encourages the public to support and cooperate with the interns as they carry out their tasks. This program helps improve the Panabo City traffic management.
