A four-day onsite work arrangement shall be implemented in the City Government, with Flexiplace-Work from Home (WFH) every Friday, effective immediately and shall remain in effect until otherwise revoked or modified by the undersigned.

However, to ensure the continuous, efficient, and uninterrupted delivery of government services, employees and other personnel assigned to offices performing essential, public safety, health, emergency, and other frontline or operational functions shall remain on duty, in whole or in part, as may be necessary.

These include, among others, personnel involved in the operations of the Public Order and Safety Section, Traffic Management and Development Section, City Health Office, Panabo City Infirmary, City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, City Environment and Natural Resources Office, and City Economic Enterprise Management and Development Office, and other offices whose functions require continuous physical presence.
