πŸ“’ JOB VACANCY: TEAM ADMINISTRATOR (PROPERTY) πŸ“’

The New Zealand Embassy in Manila is looking for their next Team Administrator for Property.

The Team Administrator is responsible for providing general administration to help ensure the efficient and smooth running of the office, with a principal focus on property management.

The successful applicant must have experience in property and facilities management, basic financial and/or bookkeeping knowledge, and basic procurement processes and vendor management. They must be resourceful, results-oriented and have sound judgement, good analytical skills, attention to detail, motivation, initiative, and an ability to set priorities. The successful applicant will need to be highly organised and have very good written and oral communication skills in English. They must be able to work effectively as part of a team in a cross-cultural environment. In particular the ability to build working relationships with offshore teams will be important. They must have the flexibility to step into different work streams that may at times be required (e.g. consular work and in events or functions).

We are looking for the successful appointee to commence duties in September 2026. The successful applicant will be employed on local terms and conditions.
