The Municipal Planning and Development Office (MPDO) Headed by King Owen S. Amad,JD successfully organized a meeting with Department Heads and Focal Persons to discuss key plans, priorities, and coordination mechanisms for Calendar Year 2026. The meeting served as a venue to align programs, clarify roles, and strengthen inter-office collaboration to ensure the effective implementation of local development initiatives.
Through open discussion and shared commitments, the activity reinforced the importance of unified planning, accountability, and collective action in advancing the municipality’s development goals.

Courtesy visit to our friend, MP Baileng S. Mantawil, Minister of MOST-BARMM, to discuss the PAMANA Program from her office….. We are grateful that the Municipality of Panag was chosen as one of the beneficiaries of the FMR project under the PAMANA Program….. On behalf of my boss, Mayor Odjie Balayman, we sincerely thank Hon. MP Baileng for her time and for the productive discussion on the requirements needed to avail of the said program…… Indeed, true friendship knows no boundaries and no color when it comes to development and prosperity for the people of BARMM.

The Local Government Unit of Pandag successfuly conducted the 4rth quarter Joint Council Meeting on Dec. 1, 2025 at the municipal conference hall,this aimed at fostering coordinated planning, informed decision-making, and unified action among its local development bodies. The gathering served as an avenue to review ongoing initiatives, assess priority concerns, and realign efforts toward the municipality’s development goals.

During the meeting, LDC Focal Person King Owen S. Amad delivered a comprehensive update highlighting the progress of current programs, key accomplishments, and the challenges that require cross-sector collaboration. His presentation underscored the LGU’s commitment to evidence-based local development, strategic resource allocation, and continuous improvement of services for the people of Pandag.

The activity reaffirmed the LGU’s dedication to transparency, partnership, and inclusive governance as it moves forward in building a more resilient, progressive, and people-centered community for all Pandageños.”

The SOCA underscores the importance of sustained investments in education, health, safety, and social services to ensure that no child is left behind. As the mayor outlined key accomplishments and future directions for children’s programs, the MPDO remains committed to aligning planning and development initiatives that uphold children’s rights and support their growth into empowered and resilient citizens of Pandag.

Strengthening peace, unity, and development.
The Municipality of Pandag proudly joins the Peace and Order and Public Safety (POPS) Planning Workshop and Orientation for the Bangsamoro Barangay Development Plan held at Greenleaf Hotel, General Santos City on November 21–24.

With 24 municipalities of Maguindanao del Sur working together, this activity strengthens local strategies, enhances public safety, and ensures inclusive development for every barangay.
