๐‘ณ๐‘ถ๐‘ถ๐‘ฒ: Personnel of Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit and PNP Pangantucan Municipal Police Station in coordination with Provincial Intelligence Unit, Bukidnon Police Provincial Office conducted joint implementation of Search Warrant at Purok 2, Barangay Malipayon, Pangantucan, Bukidnon that resulted in the arrest of male individual, 43 years old, ๐“๐จ๐ฉ ๐Ÿ– ๐‘๐ž๐ ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐“๐š๐ซ๐ ๐ž๐ญ (๐‡๐ข๐ ๐ก ๐•๐š๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ž ๐ˆ๐ง๐๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ) on Illegal Drugs Personality.

The operation was conducted by virtue of Search and Seizure Warrant for violation of RA 9165 dated August 26, 2026. The search resulted in the confiscation of shabu with a total weight of ๐Ÿ”๐ŸŽ.๐Ÿ“ ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ๐ฌ with standard drug price worth ๐๐ก๐ฉ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ๐Ÿ,๐Ÿ’๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ.๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ.

Cases for violation of Sections 11 and 12, Article II of R.A. No. 9165 are being prepared for court filing. Confiscated drug items were brought to Bukidnon Provincial Forensic Unit for qualitative and quantitative examination. Arrested person is now under the custody of PNP Pangantucan Municipal Police Station, Buk PPO for documentation and proper disposition.
