A new month begins with gratitude, recognition, and appreciation for the people behind the success of every celebration and every service of the Municipality of Panglao. โค๏ธ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’›

During the First Day of the Month Flag Raising Ceremony held on Monday, September 1, 2026, the Municipality of Panglao, spearheaded by Hon. Mayor Capt. Edgardo โ€œBoyโ€ Arcay, together with Hon. Vice Mayor Daisy M. Delambaca, and Sangguniang Bayan Members Hon. Albert G. Bompat, Hon. Francis Erick Delambaca, and Hon. Alfonso Alcala, joined by our dedicated Department Heads, Men and Women in Uniform, and the entire LGU workforce, gathered not only to honor our flag, but also to celebrate the spirit of public service and teamwork.

After the ceremony, Mayor Arcay personally presented Certificates of Appreciation to the offices and teams whose dedication, hard work, and commitment played an important role in the successful activities throughout the month of August:
