VISION
CeC Library envisions becoming a leading College Learning Resource Center
in all types of information sources in the fields of maritime, education, criminology,
business administration, hotel and restaurant management and theology. It also
aims for a reliable, rapid access, easy retrieval, transfer of relevant information to its
users and establish linkages with other academic libraries glo

bally. MISSION
The CeC Library strives to support the curricular programs of the college and
to enhance the teaching-learning process for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and
other researchers. To provide the students and faculty in maximum access to a well-balanced
collection of print and non-print materials, organized in a systematic,
professional standardized manner which supports and supplement
curriculum.
2. To provide students adequate space for individual small groups and large
group in library activities.
3. To create a distinctive role for our students by cultivating qualities of
intellectual inquiry and productiveness that makes them professionals in
their field.
