The 2hp Submersible Motor located at POBLACION Pumping Station near G-AR Arboladura’s residence, serving water to BARANGAY DOLJO (TUMOY) was successfully replaced yesterday.

However, we kindly request your understanding as it may take some time for the water supply to normalize in these areas. This is due to the gradual buildup of water pressure in the pipelines. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience during this time.

📍Barangay Bil-isan, Panglao Bohol.

To those experiencing low water pressure or no water, we apologize for the inconvenience. Our water supply is affected due to a broken water pump at Arce Pumping Station.

Currently, 2 out of 3 water sources are operational, causing insufficient supply to fill the reservoir. We're experiencing a shortage of machine parts, but we've ordered from multiple suppliers. Due to high demand, there's a delay, and parts will arrive next week from Manila.

We'll replace the broken machine as soon as possible, hopefully by the weekend, to restore normal water supply.

📍SITIO SAPA, BARANGAY BOLOD, Panglao Bohol

The water supply issue in Sapa, Bolod has already been addressed. The problem was caused by a damaged ni**le pipe fitting, which we replaced earlier today. As a result, the water supply in the said area has now been restored.

Please do not believe false information claiming that the water pump machine is about to break down, which is why the water pressure was weak. The low pressure was due to the damaged ni**le pipe fitting, not the machine itself.

If you experience low water pressure, please report directly to the Waterworks Office so we can immediately take action. Posting on Facebook does not help resolve the issue.

Also, please be informed that the operator in the said area does not have sufficient training to troubleshoot water pump machinery, so do not easily believe unverified information. The Waterworks Office is the proper authority and has the technical knowledge to address water-related concerns.

There is currently no water supply due to a mainline pipe being damaged by a backhoe.
Repair work will start tomorrow morning, and we are hoping to complete it as soon as possible so that water service can be restored to all affected areas.

Pahibalo sa Tanang Konsumer nga Apektado sa Kakulang sa Tubig (especially sa Barangay Bil-isan)

Ang Waterworks Office of LGU Panglao nagpangayo og pagsabot sa tanan natong konsumer nga naapektuhan sa kakulangan sa tubig. Kini nga sitwasyon wala namo gituyo ug wala usab damha. Apan, among buhatan nagapaningkamot nga masulbad kini sa pinakadali ug pinakamaayo nga paagi.

Ang mga makina nga naa karon sa among opisina nakalinya alang sa bag-ong mga source ug dili magamit isip kapuli sa mga naguba tungod kay dili kini tugma sa specifications. Bisan pa, nag-order na kami og makina daan pa lang, apan tungod sa kakulang sa stock sa supplier, napugos kitang maghulat hangtod nga nahurot ang kapasidad sa daan nga makina.
