The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Region 3 successfully held a two-day Orientation on the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) and Zoning Ordinance (ZO) last ๐€๐ฎ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”โ€“๐Ÿ๐Ÿ•, ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”, aimed at strengthening the capacity of local government units in crafting sound, sustainable, and responsive land use plans.
