On September 6, 2026, Personnel of Paniqui Municipal Police Station Tarlac PPO, under the supervision of PLTCOL LESTER P ZAFRA, Chief of Police, conducted mobile patrolling together with BPATs within the AOR in relation to the implementation of the JBM Patrol System.

The dialogue highlighted key crime prevention strategies, focusing on the effective rollout of the JBM Patrol System, prompt incident reporting, and sustained barangay patrols. It also emphasized the essential role of local officials and BPATs in ensuring community peace and safety.

This reflects the commitment of the Paniqui MPS, to deepen partnerships with local government units and community stakeholders, aligning with the PNP's community-oriented policing strategy.

On September 6, 2026, personnel of Paniqui Municipal Police Station, Tarlac PPO, under the direct supervision of PLTCOL LESTER P ZAFRA, Chief of Police, conducted a police presence/visibility and foot patrol to maintain public safety, police reaction preparedness, and the prevention of potential criminal acts.

This initiative reinforces the Station’s anti-criminality campaign through sustained police visibility, public engagement, and crime prevention efforts.

The public is likewise encouraged to immediately report emergencies and suspicious activities through the Unified 911 Emergency Hotline for a faster and more coordinated emergency response. # # #

JRTF-ELCAC 3 Operation Yields Key Surrender and Fi***rm Recovery in Tarlac

TARLAC CITY, TARLAC β€” In line with the Whole-of-Nation Approach under Executive Order No. 70, combined security forces successfully facilitated the withdrawal of support and surrender of a former organizer for the Alyansa ng mga Manggagawang Bukid ng Asyenda Luisita (AMBALA) on September 5, 2026.

The joint, intelligence-driven operation was led by the Tarlac 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company (1st PMFC), alongside the Tarlac City Police Station, Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU), RIU3 PIT-Tarlac, PIDMU Tarlac PPO, and DMFB SPD NCRPO. During the operation, the former recruiter also turned over an unregistered homemade sh***un.

"This success reflects the strong collaboration within Joint Regional Task Force 3 (JRTF3) and our police force's steadfast commitment to bringing former rebels back into the fold of the law," said Police Brigadier General Jess B. Mendez, Regional Director of Police Regional Office 3 (PRO 3) and Chairperson of the RTF-ELCAC 3 Technical Working Group. "Under our active local engagement and strategic peace initiatives, the campaign for lasting peace in Central Luzon continues to gain momentum."

PRO 3 and JRTF 3 remain dedicated to protecting local communities and sustaining regional peace efforts.
