🕊️ With hearts heavy in grief, the Barangay Local Government Unit of Magnaga, led by Punong Barangay Demetrio D. Arancon Jr., extends its deepest and most profound condolences to the families of Elliana Jeth Maniquez and Ma'am Audrey Marie Suicio Bertulfo.

Together with his wife, Hon. Jona C. Arancon, the Punong Barangay personally conveyed their sympathy and solidarity with the bereaved families in this moment of unimaginable loss.

Though words may never heal the pain of losing a loved one, we stand with you in mourning, honor their cherished memories, and pray that God grants strength to every grieving heart. Their lives will forever be remembered, and their legacy will remain in the hearts of those they touched.

June 2, 2026 l Regular Session of the Sangguniang Barangay of Magnaga

The Regular Session of the Sangguniang Barangay of Magnaga was presided over by Hon. Jona C. Arancon, Presiding Officer, in the absence of Punong Barangay Demetrio D. Arancon Jr., who was attending official business.

During the session, the newly assigned school principals of Magnaga Elementary School, Sta. Teresa Elementary School, and Lahi Elementary School paid a courtesy visit to the Barangay Council. The visit served as an opportunity to strengthen collaboration between the schools and the Barangay Local Government Unit in advancing quality education and promoting the welfare of learners and the community.

The session continued with the discussion of agenda items and matters concerning the development, governance, and public service initiatives of Barangay Magnaga.

JUNE 01, 2026 l BRIGADA ESKWELA 2026 KICK-OFF

The Barangay Local Government Unit of Magnaga, headed by Punong Barangay Hon. Demetrio D. Arancon Jr., together with the Barangay Officials and Functionaries, proudly joined Magnaga National High School, Magnaga Elementary School, Sta. Theresa Elementary School, and Lahi Elementary School in the successful Brigada Eskwela 2026 Kick-Off.

The BLGU also provided Brigada Eskwela supplies and snacks for all volunteers, reaffirming its steadfast commitment to education and community service.

Every hand that served today helped build the future. Every act of volunteerism strengthened the foundation of learning. Together, we are not just preparing schools—we are shaping the next generation of leaders, dreamers, and nation-builders.
