The Municipality of Paoay proudly announces that Municipal Ordinance No. 2026-04, entitled:
“An Ordinance Granting Cash Incentives to Recognized Outstanding Paoayeño Achievers in the Municipality of Paoay and Prescribing Guidelines for Its Implementation,”
has been declared VALID under SP Resolution No. R2026-1649.

This landmark ordinance recognizes and provides cash incentives to outstanding Paoayeños who have excelled in various fields, including:

-Academic Achievers and Latin Honor Graduates
-Board and Licensure Examination Passers Topnotchers
-Government-Recognized Achievers in Sports
-Government-Recognized Achievers in Culture and the Arts

Authored by the PPSK President, this ordinance reflects the commitment of the youth sector to promote academic excellence, celebrate outstanding achievements, and recognize individuals who bring honor and pride to the Municipality of Paoay.

As we look forward to the celebration of Paoay Town Fiesta 2026, the Municipal Government of Paoay informs the public that, in light of the current situation and pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026, this year’s scheduled fiesta activities will be scaled down and streamlined.

This measure is being taken to ensure the prudent use of resources while continuing to honor the values of unity, tradition, faith, and thanksgiving that define our fiesta celebration.
