‎Under the leadership of 𝐅𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐘 𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐊 𝐏 𝐀𝐆𝐔𝐓𝐎, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Regional Director, BFP-NCR, and 𝐅𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐋𝐈𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐋 𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐎𝐒, City Fire Marshal of the Bureau of Fire Protection – Parañaque City Fire Station, 𝐅𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐋𝐈𝐄 𝐀𝐍𝐍 𝐂 𝐑𝐀𝐌𝐎𝐒, Chief Fire Prevention Section, welcomed representatives from the 𝑨𝒏𝒕𝒊-𝑹𝒆𝒅 𝑻𝒂𝒑𝒆 𝑨𝒖𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒚 (ARTA), who conducted an inspection and assessment of the station's compliance with the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery standards. The activity aimed to evaluate the implementation of streamlined public service processes, transparency measures, and citizen-centered service delivery.

‎The inspection highlighted the station's commitment to upholding accountability, efficiency, and excellence in public service. Through continuous compliance with ARTA standards and the sustained support of its personnel, the Parañaque City Fire Station remains dedicated to providing prompt, responsive, and quality fire safety and emergency services to the public while promoting integrity and professionalism in government service.

The meeting served as a venue to discuss operational updates, administrative concerns, organizational priorities, and strategies to further enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of fire service delivery.

‎During the meeting, the City Fire Marshal emphasized the importance of unity, discipline, accountability, and teamwork in achieving the Bureau's mission. He also reminded all officers to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ensure continuous coordination among all sections and units to provide prompt, responsive, and quality public service to the people of Parañaque City.

‎1.Turn Off the Power – If it is safe to do so, switch off the main electrical supply immediately.
‎2.Never Use Water – Water conducts electricity and may cause electrocution or make the fire worse.
‎3.Use the Correct Fire Extinguisher – Use a Class C or ABC dry chemical fire extinguisher for electrical fires.
‎4.Unplug Appliances (If Safe) – Disconnect the electrical device only if it can be done without risk.
‎5.Evacuate Immediately – If the fire spreads or cannot be controlled, leave the area at once.
‎6.Call for Help – Contact the BFP Parañaque Hotline: (02) 8826-9131 or Dial 911.
‎7.Prevent Electrical Fires – Avoid overloading outlets, replace damaged cords, and have faulty wiring inspected by a qualified electrician.

Merville, successfully conducted Oplan Ligtas na Pamayanan (OLP): Talakayan sa Pamayanan on 02 August 2026 at Dulo Barcelona, Brgy. Merville, Parañaque City.

The activity served as a community-based fire safety awareness program aimed at educating residents on fire prevention, emergency preparedness, and disaster risk reduction. Personnel discussed practical fire safety measures, proper emergency response procedures, and the importance of community participation in promoting a safer and more resilient neighborhood.

Through initiatives such as Oplan Ligtas na Pamayanan, the Bureau of Fire Protection remains steadfast in its commitment to strengthening public awareness, fostering community preparedness, and building partnerships that contribute to the protection of lives and properties.

Under the leadership of 𝐅𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐘 𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐊 𝐏 𝐀𝐆𝐔𝐓𝐎, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Regional Director, BFP-NCR, and 𝐅𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐋𝐈𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐋 𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐎𝐒, City Fire Marshal of the Bureau of Fire Protection – Parañaque City Fire Station, through the supervision of 𝐅𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐐𝐔𝐄 𝐉 𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐎, Chief, Emergency Medical Services, personnel of EMS 331 Ambulance, promptly responded to a vehicular accident involving two motorcycles along Dr. A. Santos Ave. on 01 August 2026 at approximately 0410H.

The incident resulted in three injured individuals, all of whom sustained multiple abrasions on their upper and lower extremities. One patient also suffered a contusion to the left eye, while another sustained a laceration to the head.

Upon arrival, the responding EMS personnel immediately conducted patient assessment and rendered appropriate pre-hospital emergency care, including on-site first aid and stabilization of the patients’ injuries. Following initial treatment, all three patients were safely transported to Ospital ng Parañaque I for further medical evaluation and treatment.

This operation highlights the prompt response, professionalism, and unwavering commitment of BFP Parañaque City EMS personnel in delivering timely and efficient emergency medical services to the community.

Lopez Avenue, San Isidro, Parañaque City on 31 July 2026.

During the seminar and drill, participants were oriented on the fundamentals of fire prevention, common causes of fire incidents, proper use of fire extinguishers, emergency evacuation procedures, and the importance of maintaining vigilance in preventing fire-related accidents.

Under the leadership of 𝐅𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐘 𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐊 𝐏 𝐀𝐆𝐔𝐓𝐎, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Regional Director, BFP-NCR, and 𝐅𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐋𝐈𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐋 𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐎𝐒, City Fire Marshal of the Bureau of Fire Protection – Parañaque City Fire Station, 333E Shift-B Personnel conducted Fire Safety Seminar and Exit Drill at Greencross Incorporated, Brgy. Marcelo Green, Parañaque City on 31 July 2026.

The activity focused on fire prevention awareness, proper emergency response, and safe evacuation procedures in the workplace. Participants were also oriented on the proper use of fire extinguishers and the importance of maintaining clear fire exits at all times. A fire exit drill was conducted to simulate an emergency scenario, allowing employees to practice orderly evacuation and coordination during critical situations.

This initiative strengthens workplace preparedness and promotes a culture of safety and readiness.

Under the leadership of 𝐅𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐘 𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐊 𝐏 𝐀𝐆𝐔𝐓𝐎, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Regional Director, BFP-NCR, and 𝐅𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐋𝐈𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐋 𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐎𝐒, City Fire Marshal of the Bureau of Fire Protection – Parañaque City Fire Station, thru the supervision of 𝐅𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐓𝐓𝐎 𝐁 𝐇𝐀𝐆𝐔𝐏𝐈𝐓, Chief, Operations Section, the Special Rescue Force Shift B personnel conducted Oplan Linis-Piitan, followed by a Fire Safety Seminar and Fire Drill, on 31 July 2026 at the Parañaque City Jail, Brgy. La Huerta.

The activity aimed to promote a clean, safe, and fire-resilient environment within the facility while enhancing the preparedness of jail personnel and Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) in responding effectively to fire emergencies. Through the conduct of the seminar and practical fire drill, participants were equipped with essential fire safety knowledge, proper evacuation procedures, and emergency response techniques to help minimize risks and protect lives and property.
