📣 CALL FOR NOMINATIONS: EMB YOUTH ICON 2026 (YEAR IV)
Are you a youth organization driving real, sustainable change for our planet? The search is on for the next batch of EMB Youth Icon: Recognition of Youth Champions for Environmental Protection!
The EMB Youth Icon program is back for its fourth year to showcase grassroots success stories, celebrate local sustainable solutions, and bridge the gap between youth-led environmental advocacy and national policy-making. If your organization has been leading the charge for a cleaner, greener future, we want to recognize your impact!
👥 Who We Are Looking For
Eligible Groups: Youth organizations that are either CHED-recognized (colleges/universities) or officially registered with the National Youth Commission (NYC-YORP) or their Local Youth Development Office.
Age Limit: All organization leaders and members must be between 15 to 30 years old.
🛠️ Project Eligibility:
Core Focus: Projects must target critical environmental topics such as air/water quality, solid or toxic waste, climate change, marine litter, plastic pollution, or environmental education.
Timeline: The initiatives must have run for at least six (6) months between the years 2023 and 2025.
Impact: Projects must directly benefit a school, university, or local community, backed by clear and documented proof of positive results.
