AN ACT SEPARATING THE BACARRI NATIONAL TRADE-AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL–ANONAT ANNEX IN BARANGAY ANONAT, MUNICIPALITY OF PARACELIS, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE FROM THE BACARRI NATIONAL TRADE-AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL, CONVERTING IT INTO AN INDEPENDENT NATIONAL TECHNICAL-VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS ANONAT NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL AND VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATIN

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1. Separation and Conversion into a National Technical-Vocational High School. – The Bacarri National Trade-Agricultural School–Anonat Annex in Barangay Anonat, Municipality of Paracelis, Mountain Province is hereby separated from the Bacarri National Trade-Agricultural School and converted into an independent national technical-vocational high school to be known as Anonat National Agricultural and Vocational High School. Transfer of Assets and Liabilities. – All personnel, assets, liabilities and records of the Bacarri National Trade-Agricultural School–Anonat Annex are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the Anonat National Agricultural and Vocational High School. Appropriations. – The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department’s program the operationalization of the Anonat National Agricultural and Vocational High School, the initial funding of which shall be charged against the current year’s appropriations of the Bacarri National Trade-Agricultural School–Anonat Annex. Thereafter, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. Implementation. – The Secretary of Education shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. Effectivity. – This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette. JUAN PONCE ENRILE

🎄✨ Christmas Celebration 2025 | ANAVHS ✨🎄

The Christmas Program of Anonat National Agricultural and Vocational High School officially began with the solemn singing of the Philippine National Anthem and other hymns, setting a meaningful and joyful tone for the celebration.

A warm Welcome Remarks was delivered by our School Head, Sir Roger Wymark D. Tariagao, followed by an inspiring message from our PTA President, Mr. Dante B. Ramos, reminding everyone of the true spirit of Christmas—love, unity, and gratitude.

After the inspirational message, a Certificate of Appreciation and a simple token were awarded by the School Head as a gesture of gratitude and partnership.

The program was made more festive through the wonderful presentations of learners from Grades 7 to 12, showcasing their talents, creativity, and Christmas cheer.

Indeed, it was a celebration filled with joy, thanksgiving, and togetherness.

𝟏,𝟐𝟔𝟑 𝐒𝐃𝐎𝐌𝐏 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐂𝐏 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦

A total of 1,263 personnel under the Schools Division Office of Mountain Province (SDOMP) were promoted through the Expanded Career Progression (ECP) System, in accordance with established Department of Education policies and issuances, particularly Executive Order No. 174, s. 2022, DepEd Order No. 024, s. 2025, and DepEd Order No. 034, s. 2025.

The promotions covered a wide range of teaching and school leadership positions, including Teacher III, Teacher IV, Teacher V, Teacher VI, Teacher VII, Master Teacher II, Master Teacher III, School Principal I, Principal II, and Principal III, as well as other qualified positions under the ECP framework. The list of promoted personnel are based on approved Notices of Salary Adjustment (NOSCAs) under DMS Reference Nos. 2025-CAR-0160187-E, 2025-CAR-0160384-E, 2025-CAR-0172758-E, 2025-CAR-0165319-E, 2025-CAR-0166350-E, 2025-CAR-0174200-E, and 2025-CAR-0172742-E.

Thus, the Schools Division Office of Mountain Province, under the leadership of SDS Benilda M. Daytaca, extends its sincere appreciation to President Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos Jr., Department of Education Secretary Juan Edgardo “Sonny” Angara, the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), DepEd‑CAR Regional Director Estela L. Cariño, and other partner agencies for their leadership and support, which have been instrumental in the implementation of the Expanded Career Progression System and the professional advancement of education personnel in the division.

BAWO A TUTTOD: 📚🪑 A Step Forward for Better Learning Spaces

Grateful hearts at Anonat National Agricultural and Vocational High School as we received 405 sets of learners’ tables and chairs and 9 sets of teachers’ tables and chairs delivered on December 6, 2025.

Another dedicated team arrived on December 14, 2025 to assemble the delivered items, ensuring that everything is ready and safe for use by our teachers and learners.

Thank you so much to the Department of Education for your continued support and for providing new tables and chairs that will surely enhance the comfort, learning experience, and productivity of our school community.

Together, we build better classrooms for a brighter future.

The activity was a joint initiative of the Department of Education-Mountain Province, Office of the Provincial Population Officer, Mountain Province Police Provincial Office, and the Paracelis Municipal Population Office.

The event aimed to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills to promote their overall well-being and make informed decisions about their health and lives.

With heartfelt gratitude, we congratulate Sir Segundo D. Soga-ang for his 43 years of faithful and dedicated service in the field of education. Sir Segundo holds a special place in our history as the first School Head of Anonat National Agricultural and Vocational High School, formerly known as Bacarri National Trade Agricultural School – Anonat Annex.

As he formally enters retirement, his retirement program is being held at Serapio Gawan National High School, where he currently serves as Head Teacher III, while his plantilla remains with Anonat NAVHS.

𝙄𝙉 𝙋𝙃𝙊𝙏𝙊𝙎 | The Schools Division of Mountain Province proudly received multiple Regional Awards during the 2025 Education Week Celebration of DepEd CAR.

Held on December 5, 2025 at the DepEd CAR Regional Office, the celebration carried the theme “The CARing Community: Celebrating Synergy and Education.”

The program unfolded in three meaningful parts:

Thanksgiving Mass
Stakeholders’ Convergence, where Appreciation Awards were bestowed upon all Provincial Local Government Units
Celebrating Gains, highlighting outstanding achievements across the region

One of the major recognitions conferred was:

AW NA ABBINGERA: ANAVHS Celebrates National Children’s Month & National Students’ Day 2025!

Theme:“OSAEC CSAEM Wakasan: Kaligtasan at Karapatan ng Bawat Batang Mag-aaral, Ipaglaban!”

Anonat National Agricultural and Vocational High School joyfully celebrated the National Children’s Month and National Students’ Day 2025 with meaningful activities that honored the rights, safety, and voices of our learners.

The program was smoothly and energetically facilitated by our young and confident Masters of Ceremony, Ms. Cassi Vyen Comawal (Grade 😎 and Mr. Bernie Agustin (Grade 9), who did an excellent job in guiding the flow of the event.

The celebration began with a heartfelt prayer led by Iqueen Viloria, followed by the National Anthem proudly rendered by Rechele Tulayao, both from Grade 12 Pearl.

Officer-In-Charge, Sir Ryan S. Daluping (Teacher III) delivered the Opening Remarks on behalf of our School Head, Sir Roger Wymark D. Tariagao, who is on official business. Sir Ryan emphasized the essence of the celebration ensuring that every child feels safe, valued, and protected, not only in school but also within the community and, most importantly, in their own homes.

Our Guidance Designate, Ma’am Olivia M. Domingo, presented the program overview, highlighting the importance and purpose behind this meaningful event.

The Grade 12 Pearl students showcased an excellent intermission number, followed by a powerful and inspiring message from Ma’am Evangeline Daluping, BKD Adviser, reminding everyone of our shared responsibility to treat children with care, respect, and compassion both in school and at home.

Another special performance was delivered by Grade 12 Jade, and the Panatang Makabata was led by SSLG President Emerito Curamen, reaffirming our commitment to uphold children’s rights.

Part 2 of the celebration featured a Talent Showcase from Grades 7 to 12 filled with creative skits, energetic dances, heartfelt singing, slogan and poster making, and fun games that highlighted the students’ talents and creativity.

Truly, it was a day dedicated to celebrating the heart of the school our learners.
