1. ​I-scan ang QR code o bisitaha ang: bbmserbisyo.dswd.gov.ph gamit ang Chrome o Safari sa inyong cellphone o kompyuter.
2. ​I-screenshot ang ID nga mogawas human sa beripikasyon.
3. ​Kung naay mugawas nga Error Message (sama sa "Paumanhin! Hindi namin natagpuan ang iyong record"), i-screenshot usab kini. Siguroha lang nga sakto ang impormasyon nga imong gienter.
4. ​I.print ug dad-a kini sa adlaw sa payout uban sa inyong valid ID.

Siya si King John or Ken John Catubig, 4 years old.
Iyang Mama si Sepen unya iyang Papa kay si Jerry, pero patay na daw.

Palihog ko sa pag share para mas mapadali ang pagpahibaw sa iyang pamilya.
